Hey, what's up? My name is brandon I want to know if you had a bike that you could donate to that I am able to have reliable transportation
To get around I am hurting right now at this time, in my life. I'm taking care of my dad That is a veteran That has lung cancer, I'm going through a rough time and cannot afford transportation my car died, I am poor and I'm hurting, it's Rough and sad times I pray for things to get better
A 600cc version of the Aprillia V4. That INCREDIBLE sound, but with higher revs thanks to the smaller displacement. One can only imagine just how glorious of a noise such an engine would make.
I’ll second that.
Honda VFR800 says hello
@@XcelentTom. Yes! Like that.
@@XcelentTom. - the VF500 Interceptor called dibs.
I was thinking the same thing while watching this video. I've got the Tuono V4 1100,. and I just don't have a place to use it's full 175hp.
A BMW RR that isn’t a litre bike
They make one, just not for America. G310Rr
An S750RR would go hardddd
@@lexkingvlogs1582 Pretty sure he means like a s600 or sumn thats still a sporty inline 4
@nvr1222 he literally says, "A BMW RR that isn't a liter bike."
A G310RR exists. 600's are going bye bye...
@@lexkingvlogs1582 the point i was making G310RR is nothing close to a S1K its more like a Ninja 400 (in terms of power and ergo)
Factory turbocharged Hayabusa
Have you ridden a turbocharged bike?
Be carful what you wish for is all I have to say...
@@kronop8884Turbos of motorcycle past were, yes, unruly for lack of a better word. With modern computer control and tec I'm sure the could smooth power delivery with a more linear pull making use of the boost through all the rpms
A 6 cylinder would make more sense considering that the hayabusa is a wide bike
@@kronop8884 I'm not saying build a 300WHP race bike from the factory cause of course that would be impractical and dangerous. But you could have a tame set up with the potential to be turned up for those that really want it. They could even utilize boost-by-gear to ensure the best grip possible in any gear, especially 1st, which would significantly reduce the risk of someone blowing the tire off and losing it.
My only wish is a motorcycle in my parking spot. 😢
Yeah, I’m 29 and just started riding myself last year. I’m hooked now and constantly on marketplace looking at motorcycles I want but know I won’t be able to get for a few years lol
I'd want a new vfr400 to compete with the zx4r!
Yes. I just want Honda to make any vfr as an actual sport bike. No more touring interceptors
I'd buy one immediately if it was a true sports bike likce the old NC30 - still got my NC35 but age and mileage is getting the better of it
Factory turbo Busa vs H2 would be an epic showdown
Having seen the original Ducati Supermono race a number of times it would truly be an amazing thing to have a street/sports bike using the new singe cylinder engine
The kawi h2 eliminator sounds awesome to me, but what I'd love to see would be the honda 500 parallel twin in the crf450L chassis.
I agree on the eliminator H2! I still have my first bike being a 2001 Kawasaki eliminator. Great beginner bike!
I have no idea that you couldn't get the Tracer 7 in the States! I got a 2017 700 back in January to replace my 00' SV650S. Having that MT07 hooligan energy in an upright light tourer model is just incredible! And its got panniers!
8:40
It could be called kawasaki z4rs, if it was z400rs it might be thought as z400 (2 cylinder) but retro style like the z650rs (2 cylinder).
I want a z636rs 🥵🥵
I was thinking why not just zx4n like the er6n and the er6f.
@@joelfridolfsson I remember when I was 8 years old, my uncle had a 2011 er6f color green. He sold it a few years later and in 2019 bought a blue kymco xciting 400. After he sold the kymco xciting 400, he returned to dual sport and bought a 2020 yamaha wr155r (of course yamaha blue 😉).
Hey Yammie, love the videos have been watching your vids since you were on an R3 to the Daytona and now the plethora of bikes you've showcased on the channel. Happy to say you've been a big inspiration of my journey into the 2-wheel life and just got a 2024 R3 as my first bike just a few days ago! Please never stop making content and hope to one day see you out on the street in person!
holy moly you've been watching for 10 years and only just bought a motorcycle??? you have way more self control than most of us hahaha
@@babyfknblu Hahaha very true, but wanted to be in a better place in my life that now I can enjoy my new toy. Will try to channel back the inner squid still. :D
A Ducati sport bike thats not a sport bike already exists... Its called the supersport 950
A 3rd-generation Yamaha VMAX. This time with the 300 HP that the 2nd-generation VMAX early prototype had.
Plus 1 for a Kawasaki H2 Eliminator. I would put an order in for one as soon as it's announced
8:34 Honda made something in alignment with your suggestion (although only a select number of countries around the world got it)...a CB400 'Super Four' - as did Suzuki with the Bandit 400.
>Something like the AAR Alligator but from one of the big 4 with either a 900-1100cc 285 P-twin (and not a detuned POS one, either) or an 800-1000 triple (same story). 65-80 lb-ft and 110-140 hp. Also, give it the front suspension of Robert Horn's recumbent race bike.
>Something with 5 cylinders that sounds like either the rc211v or an Audi Sport Quattro Group B rally car. Don't really care about the size, but I'd like it to rev high and still be rideable, so under 150hp and something to the tune of at least 12-13k rpm, if not 15k+, so probably in the 500-750 range.
>A new CBX even-firing 6-cylinder(V, inline, VR, IDC as long as even firing with an equal length 6-1 header so it SCREAMS). Same deal as above as far as power and RPM go.
>Yamaha R9, but keep the riding position still semi-relaxed like the ole VFR Interceptor before it kicked the bucket. Pump the cams up and give it a little head work so it gets into the 120-135hp range.
Aggreed that would be badass the h2 Eliminator
Yamaha has teased already with a beautiful kind of retro tribute faired XSR 9 so a liter version wouldn't be that much of a stretch. I too would be all over that.
Also as a '02 Dayton 955i owner, a bike that has 1800 og miles on it that i love to death, i am with you on Triumph staying with a more proper version rather than the soft thing they just recently used the name on. Kind of a bummer
Here in Europe there was a pretty big market for very small sport bikes, I’m tanking about 125cc 2 stroke rockets and even smaller ones, in Spain 80cc bikes were a big thing and they were cheap af
When I first heard about the Ducati 690 it seemed overwhemingly obvious that it would be a great platform for a cafe racer, sports bike, adventure bike and some other configuration we haven't thought of yet.
Kawasaki could call what you are talking about in a naked variat of the ZX4RR....the Z4RR. 💪 😊
There's a Zephyr 400 rumor on a japanese Young Machine magazine article. That could be the closest thing for a Naked ZX4RR. It doesnt have the ram air though
A Kawasaki Eliminator H2 would be insane i think i would purchase that bike simply because its an absolute goat
@YammieNoob 1:30 Ducati already teased the Supermono in a MX platform!
i think that was their 450cc MX racing only engine, right?
Yammie Noob and his obsession with TurboBusa 😂😂
Would totally buy an entry level ducati sport bike, that would be amazing
I hadn't yet realized Yammie is a genius. 🤠
I was thinking the same thing about that new Ducati single... put that motor in a super light cafe style bike like Ducati made in the late 60s and early 70s.
Vstrom 650> Tracer7>Versys650, but in the end, after trying all 3, I bought a Vstrom 1000.
Other much needed bikes are: SV1050, HD naked bike with the full 150hp rev max, and a Svartpilen 1301 (or is that 1401 now) so you can experience the glory that is the Super Duke, but without having to pour bleach into your eyes after accidentally looking at it.
Easy layup - Triumph Thruxton is on it's last year, so a 2025 Speed Twin RS with an upgraded suspension and the slightly upgraded fuel map. A cruse control option would be great also.
1. a mid level sport tourer with actual upright ergonomics...like with gixxer 750 engine...and cruise control
2. a lighter version of goldwing with rebel 1100 engine
Any bike with a V5 engine! Honda's patent has long expired.
Would be sick, but unfortunately there is no way it would pass current regulations
How about a v4 Honda sport tourer aka the vfr800. And a Honda transalp with a 750 v4 engine.
Yammie have you tried the Ducati M796? Sounds exactly like what your're after albeit 10 years ago.... super lightweight and a blast to ride while still being sensible for street use
Waaaay back before 'vaporware' was even a word, Ducati was teasing a desmo single sportbike, and we would dream of 300lb. SS450's at night until the wrinkled up, drool covered magazines fell from our sleeping fingers.😂😁😍
I got an actual nifty idea for semi shorter riders. i just haven't found a manufacturing company to make it possible
Kawasaki zx9r. Something sitting around the 150-160 hp Supersport. Maybe reworking the z900 engine to sit between the 600cc and 1000cc market. This could make that r7 and gsx8r sound pathetic by comparison.
Hell just a NA Ninja 1000 motor in a mid controlled cruiser that handles well and I'd be sold.
A eliminator 1000 for suuuure would be dope. Or eliminator 636 👀👀
@@teej1987 the 636 engine wouldn't make sense for a cruiser. the 1043 though, is perfect
@@guy8806 cool story bro 😎😎😎. Don't tell me what would make sense for me
Yes on the supermono! Why can’t anyone put fairings on a supermoto? They’re like 100lbs lighter than a CBR300R
This is actually a pretty solid list, especially the XSR-1, WR500 and Eliminator H2…these seem like such obvious models to make. I would add another bike (or range of bikes)…the HD Bronx and/or the other Rev Max bikes that were teased. That engine deserves more sporty models to be placed in.
a Triump that actually has that Super Sport speed or Klx/Kx with the ZX4rr motor
Yammie not every Motorcycle company wants to make a Beginner bike especially Ducati
I wish a new Honda V4 would come around in either the Super Magna or VFR format.
yammie why aren't you considering a tiger 660? You seemed to enjoy it when you tested one and it seems to check a lot of the boxes you're looking for
Pretty sure WR enthusiasts would riot if they brought out a new 500 that's not a 2 stroke. Just like how so many dislike the R7 for having the same name as the original R7
All bikes with windshields/fairings like the Aprilias and rectangle mirrors!
H2 eliminator would be amazing
More inline 4 beginner bikes? CBR 300 or 500, r3 with an inline 4, if all the big manufacturers took after Kawasaki and the zx4rr that would be awesome for us beginners who desperately want that screaming i4 without breaking the sound barrier
I cracked the bottom of my clutch cover on my WR250R and ran it with low oil for maybe 5-10 miles. Still not sure if it's okay or not. Was fantasizing with swapping it with a DR650 engine if it does blow up, but a 500cc would be nicer. Especially if it was a balanced 2 stroke, fuel injected with maybe 40 or 35mpg. I think someone built a 2T YZ500 that has basically no vibration?
I want all kawasakis to come in 636. Z636RS. Elminator 636. Vulcan 636. All geared and tuned a little different for more down low grunt
Is the Ninja 500 still appropriate for new riders? I'm trying to save and get a bike before the season here ends. I'm curious about your opinion.
Triumph Speed 400. Lest power, not a sport bike, but perhaps in the future?
Yamaha MT04 & R4 heck might as well throw in tenere 400 with a 400cc ish triple.
My fantasy bike is easy; prioritize the following, in this order...
1. low price 2. simplicity and reliability (to me, they equate) 3. all weather usability in daily usage.
Usage criteria; one up top speed of 80 mph- continuous running at 65, 0-60 in under 8 seconds, 200 mile tank size, designed to carry the equivalent of six full paper grocery bags in a manner that doesn't disrupt basic handling dynamics, gvwr of 400lbs. above the cycles own (wet) weight, and have it in a form designed to allow for easy owner maintenance AND repair.
How difficult would it be to turn the Touno in to a sports tourer?
That ducati will be made and hopefully exactly like the old supermono styling
+1 to XSR 1000 / XSR 1. It will be XSR1000 most likely if they release it, as Yamaha put 1 digit in sport bikes, 2 in nakeds, and 3 in XSR )
Like R7, MT-07, XSR 700 )
Upgrade for current versys x300 - versys zx4. Or at least Honda CRF 500 twin
What about a VFR from Honda. It’s time that we had a V4 relaxed geometry sport sport/tour bike that isn’t Italian. This would be my dream bike. Go ahead and make mine 1000cc with about 160hp.
XSR1 would probably sway me from changing over to a cruiser.. Had an R1, loved the motor but on NZ roads its too aggressive, have an XSR900 now but miss that R1 soundtrack
A lightwight sportsbike from aprilia with the engine of the sxv550 . and ofcourse a yamaha R9
8:00 Forget a XSR10! Yamaha needs to make a Tracer 10. The market for powerful sport touring/crossover machines is really popular at the moment. Also people want practical bikes they can commute with but also with some grunt to them.
Ducati has had a not so super supersport for a long time. It's called the Ducati SuperSport ironically lol. It's a very good bike but that ducati price tag really makes it not competitive though.
If the Ducati motardmono sells really well, a mono sport bike isn't unlikely. But the mono already on sale must do well for Ducati to think it's worthwhile.
Modern factory Turbo bikes. Imagine a Kawasaki z650RS turbo, or Honda rebel 500 turbo. Or something like a Kawasaki Vulcan h2 with the supercharged engine 😀
550cc (single) Scrambler like the Fantic Caballero 500 (450cc)
550cc (single) Bobber like the CCM Spitfire (600cc)
550cc V6 Cafe Racer
550cc per cylinder = 2200cc V4 --> Muscle Cruiser (like Yamaha VMax 1700cc V4) with Shaft-Drive & Spoked Wheels
550cc per cylinder = 1650cc inline-3 (crossplane) --> Grand Tourer like the K1600GT
550cc per cylinder = 2200cc Boxer-Four --> Grand Tourer like the Goldwing Tour
550cc per cylinder = 1100cc Parallel-Twin like the 990 Duke in an RC 8C type of Race-Prep Bike & calling it RC 9C
What happened to the dream of road version tz 4 cylinder Yamahahahas?
A modern parallel twin 315 degree crank on a supersport. I really wanted a nuda 900r here in the states.
Harley can keep their potatoes. 315 is the most disgusting and lazy uneven twin sound. Tied for worst with the 180, TBH. Also the Nuda IIRC is a 360-deg crank
@@Drunken_Hamster Ok. That's just like your opinion, which who cares, second the 900r is a 315 degree crank. I'm not talking about just the normal nuda. Nuda 900r is a different engine from the normal nuda. At least do a Google search before you spout incorrect shit.
something like Honda NC700s but with more Power ~80hp
How about a new honda v4. Or something from honda that combats the hypertourers. Like the xr or the multistrada
Why build anything to compete with MV's F3? How many F3s have been seen on the street or track?
I would love to see a Yamaha XSR 400cc.
Don't forget the eliminator that was a 125cc. So its not completely out of the question for them to make a 450.
If Yamaha would bring a Tracer 7 GT plus to the U.S. in 2025, I would preorder one today.
I’ll second that.
I know you aren't big into cruisers, but hear me out. The Japanese brands need to revamp their old cruiser lineups. The cruiser market seems to be on a nice uptick, and I feel like the Japanese brands are missing out on the mid size segment. I would kill for a modern take on a Honda VTX1800.
Or a Yamaha answer to the Rebel 1100 with the triple from the MT09.
Good point about the looks of the Yamaha MT series. My first bike ever was a 2014 FZ-09 that i bought new in 2014, and i traded in for a new 2021 Streetfighter V4S. I wouldn't even consider the modern MT-09 or MT-10 due to the horrific looks. Japanese manufacturers seem completely committed to this Deceptacon Transfers look in recent years 🤮
“The only thing it will eliminate are your chances of getting laid” - Oh Yammie, you’ve got a way with words. 😂
hahaha i own a Tracer 7 and its a gem!
Love this content btw
The MV Agusta F4. Please, bring that bike back
Bring back the R1,,, but as a Flat-Plane crank again, and bring with it the 5valves per cylinder for better breathing with forced induction as in the first factory twin-turboed production bike 🤔🔥🔥🔥😍 I'd buy 3,,, yes please
They already make a wr 450 the it just needs a dual sport kit on it
Don't they sell the WR-450F in America?
I'm going to chime in here... I wish Suzuki would put a 400 in a V-Strom. the Dual sport isn't my thing, and the 250 SX is a touch under powered. having an in between version, means not as heavy as the 650, but not as slow as the 250.
The Gixxer 150 and 250 (same chassis and equipment, just different engines) are too small physically for someone in the 6' to 6'3" range that the V-Strom is perfect for, but the styling of the Naked version looks much better than the V-Strom so if THAT styling was on a V-strom 400, then that would be perfect for me!
I'd like to see a Tracer 10 based on the MT-10 engine. Also, I'm a big guy riding big bikes, but sometimes, I'd like to own a bike with a smaller
The new Hypermotard 698 weighs like 360lbs full of fuel. If Ducati beefs it up a little, puts on some tubeless spoked wheels, a windscreen and made a sub 400lb Enduro/Rally thing I would race to the dealership.
Cbr250rr needs to come to US. Id trade in my car right now
cmon Yams. Lets see that shiny new head of hair!
have you heard of the Yamaha WR450?
We need a Suzuki SV800R; 800cc V-twin with 115ish BHP, GSX-R suspension and brakes and some modern day traction/abs
That's literally just the GSX 8R with a set of cams and maybe some headwork.
These don’t quite exist yet:
XSR900 GP in the US
And of course the R9
I need a naked bike with the 800cc v4 from honda but they killed the vfr so probably never gonna happen
Oh! I like!
The world needs a really big boosted v-twin in the class of a Rocket 3.
We don't need anymore clip on crotch rockets imo 😅 the not-so-supersport is the sweet spot, if you want that sport stuff 😄 am putting some comfy bars on my sv650s 2003 to make it rideable for more than 1 hr at a time 😄
Put on some tank grips instead and learn to ride the bike with your knees imo
@@charlesbynum it's a great plan for the track 🙃 but being comfortable just beats the wannabe racer thing to me, anyday 😄 though they do look really nice 😄
@@FaetalEUTo each their own. After a couple years trying to love a comfortable bike, I'm giving up and going back to fork clip-ons.
@@FaetalEU I hate the thought of someone bastardizing a classic motorcycle because they're uncomfortable with the bars. Sell the SV and buy yourself a cruiser.
@@charlesbynum can't stand cruisers and love the sv engine 🤷♂️ i'll keep the old top yoke and clip ons, so it can always go back to stock 😄 i just want the bike i love to fit my broken back body 😉
I just saw a 2025 Triumph Daytona 660 at my local dealership for only $9,000
Are you gonna get your turbobusa from Craig? Or is he really keeping it?
I gave it to him! TItle and all
@@yammienoob that’s awesome! Looking forward to see what he ends up doing with it!
Id like Honda to make a new lightweight not ginormous v4 cruiser
Like an 80's shadow, but with a v4
@@shanegrunke4256 exactly bring back the magna
@@gorkuhmork my first bike was an 83 shadow 750, and my uneducated ass thought it had a v4 because it had 4 spark plugs😅
