This drop was funny AD. Thanks Yamm 🤙🏾
Oh hey 👋 it’s me again 58th new Video comment of same question: Can people in Florida still not win the Giveaway bikes?
you missed one, the bike life guy
@@Cody042 I guess state to state people ride safer? So people in Connecticut drive safer than people in New Jersey, but not nearly as safe as people in Arizona. Watch out for the riders from North Dakota they’re super unsafe. Lmao 😂 get real my dude. Do you smoke meth as a hobby?
Apparently a few years ago there was a law preventing certain states from winning giveaway bikes and I’m just trying to find out if Florida is still one of those states.
Where's the lifelong South Asian commuter in this list?
He has ascended to a new realm of understanding
@@yammienoob "Jedi"
Indian Here 😁🤣😂
@@yammienoob 😆😆
Scooter bro basically
Dual sport guy is my favourite, he never tries to kill me on the road, he's easily the least annoying, and he's undoubtedly the most useful in a bind.
100% those guys are always legends
Then there's us, the Royal Enfielders! We multiply faster than freaking rabits, yet nobody's sure where we came from, some thought we mutated off the dual sport guys, because we share many traits..but one thing is certain, somebody needs to stop us or it's the end of humanity as we know it.
This is the guy that can fix your bike with a pocket knife and duct tape.
@@Staromil You're right, it's an epidemic! They're everywhere! (or at least they are if I throw in all the similar retro bikes...) I didn't think they would see this level of popularity, I wonder if it surprised the manufacturers too?
I paused the video to say the Ironbutt Goldwing with the white New Balance sneakers hurt me personally.
My grandpa was %100 the long distance guy, except he had a Harley Electra glide and wore Wrangler jeans, Harley boots and absolutely no helmet.
How tf? I can't got 5kms without bugs bouncing off my visor
The Canyon Assassin…..BMW S1000rr…….never been to race track…..sets up pop ups on the side of the road for the girlfriends in lawn chairs…………………Kudos, you described Max Wrist without saying Max Wrist….👍 😂😂😂
Except Max risk has been to a track. He doesn’t go daily, or go like he should. But he has been. Max risk is more of an entertainer than someone to look up to like a lot of kids do. There’s plenty of better riders. But they are smart riders. And don’t intentionally cause crashes for views. Riding with max risk is riding at max risk. Ride your own ride. And ride safe.
Thanks for the return to form. This is the content I signed up for. This is quality satire which holds up a mirror, forcing us to ask ourselves the question most dear to our hearts: what kind of asshole do I look like on this motorcycle? Nailed it again. I'll always click for a proper Yamstyle meme edit. Squid on...🤘
What type is Moto Jitsu ?
How about the 10 year moto-vlogger,who is allergic to Suzuki V-stroms,and never keeps a bike for a few years?
You forgot the 2nd season "expert" who gives unsolicited (and mostly incorrect) advice to novices about anything from what kind of bike to start on to the best way to break in a new bike. The kind of people that speak with such intense authority, you can't help but think they must be right. But be careful, that advice is a one way ticket into Hurt Town
Average r/motorcycle contributor
Hey, you know Alex too? Small world
I feel like he’s talking about a particular RUclipsr with the last one😂😂😂
Oh yeah, bright red bike with a high vis airbag came to mind immediately 😂😂😂
And how many BMW's has that guy wrecked?
Maxrisk.
Antprilia
who?
🤣🤣🤣 "Rider aids are an immune disorder..." I almost wet myself laughing so much on this one! Splendid statement...
that is a TRUE STATEMENT ... just scratch out n immune
as someone who aspires to a gxxr750 as my dream bike..... i have nothing else to say
it’s worth it bro, get the 8r omm it’s worth it
8r 🤮
is my first bike i love it my dad was a gixxer lifer so i ate it up
#8 the guy who thinks hes soo good at riding, he starts a youtube channel. This witty, smart sounding fella always makes cool videos filled with good jokes about other riders. He believes his track riding expertise outright makes him the best rider type around. You will never catch him wearing regular jeans on a bike because he needs all the armor he can get for the street. He gives away bikes on his discord, which admittedly is very cool. Hes always pandering to the motorcycle manufacturers talking about get this parallel twin bike or that bike because thats what there selling ya’, superiority of an inline 4 be dammed. Canyon riding is too risky for this guy and don’t you dare go over 100 on public highways, its simply too dangerous. But there is hope, you can be like him and take your bike to track days because why not, we all have track day money right?😂
I have seen many an older man put their entire family and a full sized door or a bundle of steel tubes on their 2000s hero splendor that will run until the sun explodes in India. These riders do this on dirt roads in the rain without any gear and the throttle wide open. These are the true masters of the motorcycle.
with all that on the bike, you have to go full throttle.
Gixxer bro still has the 'big johnson' shirt to go with the 'no fear' sticker and barbwire tattoo. 1998 will never die! Viva Spuds McKenzie!! 😂
🍻
I would suggest making a similar video on intermediate riders. Suppose most of us are somewhere between beginner and an expert
GP shift on street...don't forget the $500 billet rearsets and Cordona quickshifter because the stock quickshifter isn't quite quick enough.
Haha you know who can ride… Vietnamese and Filipino.. I lived in Philippines for 4 years and I am always so shocked how these guys ride as good as they ride.. I watched a guy on a ninja 400 move a mattress and a tv and still have fun lol
Also Thais …
I moved my all the furniture from my studio apartment including a dining room table on a Chinese Rusi 125 (Yamaha Mio) in Dumaguete, Philippines.
Then there is the Performance Bagger Bro, the big brother of Dyna bro, who puts more money into his early 2000's Harley Davidson bike than what he paid for it. He lives for obscenely large displacement V-twin motors, racing inspired suspension, carbon fiber everything, and looking down on anyone who DOESN'T have t-bars because thats what the King of the Bagger racers use. He can usually be found at the local Harley Shop giving away unsolicited advice on what mods everyone should do to their bike while simultaneously bragging about how much all his mods cost.
Yes. I own a Road Glide, which I can tell you for certain is in fact a 950 lb. Touring bike.
My Multistrada, Paul Reed Smith Guitars, Sony A7C, boutique pedals and amps feel personally attacked.
Okay but PRS unironically slaps tho
I've met everyone of these riders and I appreciate the respect that Yammie put into this video. Each one of these riders will make your day if you just shut up and listen. They are a lifetime of experiences in each person. Priceless riders all. God bless everyone of them.
We must respect the elder squids, always.
LOL. You didn't understand the video. These riders are clowns and far from being experts.
I'm a dual sport expert as well. It ain't much but it's honest work
The chopper guy!!! That was freaking hilarious!
So I'm an old rider from Austin. Anyone remember/heard about the 'Lime Creek Looney?' He was amazing to watch ride, I've never seen his face. He rode a cb400 and I never once saw or heard of anyone keeping up with him once he decides to go. Great memories.
So I’m at American super camp. Champion racer prince of Peoria Chris Carr said Harley’s have a weak clutch linkages. A guy next to me leaned over and said” you know Harley linkages are some of the strongest around.” I literally said I’m gonna listen to Chris not you.
i feel like the canyon assassin was targeted towards “maxwrist” but could be wrong 😂😂
I'm getting the dual sport vibes you're putting out. I think your talking about Cycle Cruza
I was laughing so hard at the dual sport savant! Wasn't exact but close enough to how I am today that I was just rolling! Thanks... LOL
DR650 was my daily for 6 yrs... 'til i found a nice ST1300P. You absolutely nailed us Dual Sporters.
As a forest squid from Finland i feel like i'm evolving to be a cross between the dual sport savant and canyon assasin. My riding motto has always been "Just slap pirelli scorpions on it and you'll do 100mph on gravel just fine"
Dude all your descriptions combined I think just described me I've gone thru everyone one of those phases lol
Yam, I'm loving it, but you left out the lone wolf rider who started on a 60's Vespa with a Stella engine 15 years ago because he liked the style and has loved vintage bikes ever since but never could afford them. He briefly owned an '87 BMW R65 that he found on Craigslist for a song but ended up selling it just as cheap because the parts were going to cost more than the bike and he had to move to New Orleans anyway but he still wishes he had kept it. After totaling the Vespa he got a modern 150cc Taiwanese clone of a CB125 because the company that made it used to be the manufacturing plant that made the original, and he seemed to need nothing more and would have ridden it forever but, being New Orleans, it got stolen and he descended into a dark place. He couldn't afford the late 70's/early 80's CB750 he wanted to cafe out to replace it, so instead blew $1500 on some early 90's Nighthawk that he got some help from a buddy to make road worthy again and now it's his daily raider. And when I say daily, I mean he can't afford a car on his dishwasher salary. Despite being too proud to ask anyone who cares about him for a handout he still manages to scratch together the dough to keep the bike running, at least fixing/replacing parts whenever they fail, causing him to occasionally take an embarrassing skid. But he always gets up, dusts himself off, fixes up the bike as best he can, and keeps riding. He could go into a lot more detail but should probably stop talking in the 3rd person and a lot of the other details of his life are too painful to relate as a youtube response.
Love the video! Thanks for it! Just bought my Aprilia RS 660 today. Thank you for your info on this channel at it helped me make my decision on buying
the "long way to coffee shop" that is true. I've seen crf1100 riders taking our diversion road to the malls and market to buy stuff. this diversion road adds 20Km to your trip. it's a scenic route but it's long and empty.
I feel personally attacked. Wait, no, I have a smaller bike instead of an Africa Twin.
9:00 hey! How does this guy knows so much about guitar snobs? What a boxful of surprises, Mr Noob!
Been a guitar guy much longer than a bike guy. I've got lots of pedals, modular synth set up, etc.
I'm a dual sport savant ....😅😅😅😅. Ride a 350 Enfield which is 40? Years old ... Been a motorcycle engineer since I left school and haven't had insurance since ..
Going from a 125cc to 600cc after one year of experience on a CBT, Right call or big mistake?
Good luck
good call
Big mistake. Cut out the middle man and go straight to a turbo Busa...
Time to move up. I started on a ktm duke 890 R as my first bike. Luckily it had ton of safety features but man I started wishing I started on a 600cc at least. Once I got my riding up I got a gixxer 750 and I likee a street bike way more than a naked one. Now I only have a 2014 636 and a grom for fun
@@Shmack_ In England so were kind of stuck on 125s for a while... And its a Keeway Superlight, There is no fun on them as its just turned into a tool that barely gets up small hills.
Concerning the Small Displacement Dual Sport Savant, I just bought my third 3x3 tarp style for the ultimate in motocamping pitch flexibility. Prepare for the six new videos (minimum).
Im approaching 37.. I have a lespaul in my collection of extremely expensive musical gear.. Eyeing up my first bike at the moment.. That one stung a little.
You just nailed me on the gixxer.. nice one yammie.
Favorite rider is a local guy who wears a Schuberth helmet, Aerostich jacket, gloves, cargo shorts and new balance sneakers. Yes he rides a K1600.
The yeet at the end,I'm sorry but that was soo random it was hilarious
This drop was funny AD. Thanks Yamm 🤙🏾
"If you got no brakes you don't have to master braking" - that's some serious nugget of wisdom!
Alright, another good one!! I didn't hit any but maybe I'm a tiny bit of them all. I'm on the fast downhill to 60 with bad hips and arthritis so I can't swing the HDs or 600lb plus cruisers anymore but I have managed to put 17,000 miles on my 430lb CFMOTO with cruise control in 10 winter months of uptime over a year and a half. I think you've said it's all about being on two wheels so you keep doing you and I'll do the same.
Love it. Definitely the dual sport here. I love canyons at 110, but nothing beats leaving the road straight up a hill back onto the clear road because noone below has moved yet because 1 person is taking a picture of a deer.
I am all those riders and then some and experienced while being incredibly lucky lol lol
Dual Sport Guy and Canyon Assassin are Cycle Cruza and Max Wrist, two of my favorites
I am still that 30 year old ADV dad junior squid from last video. But I hope some day I make it to the Dual Sport Savant club.
I laughed out loud from the dual sport savant, as a -00 DR650se rider it hit close to home
I got a laugh out of that one. I've never owned a DR, but when returning to riding, they were certainly at the top of the list. They were edged out by a bargain retro that was too good of a deal to be ignored. Japanese, of course.
@@davidbrayshaw3529 Aah, different strokes for different folks! As long as you're out there ripping it up :)
Part 1 - I do high milages but on bikes with minimal or no fairings on the whole.
Part 2 - I have a Himalayan for fun and mild off-roading
The other parts don't apply, thankfully!
I have met several expert riders, these are MotoGP, Enduro, Motocross, Trials, Police and advanced instructors. I've learned something from them all, and although I hope I am a good rider I wouldn't consider myself expert.
"Second Cousin Customs" is such a bar.
This is a great video.
At 8:14 Isn't that you? Lol. I'm kidding.. I hung around this long didn't I? At 10:47 Poor MaxWrist can't catch a break, unless it's a broken bone.. Lol
Yammie always makes me laugh with these types of videos. Excellent writing. 👍
Great content !
Bro named it canyon assassin and just described Max Wrist
Brilliant. I love it.
You nailed the "ADV Expert" the music gear was the final stroke.
I love it thank you PAPA SQUAD keep on staying safe 🙏🏽🫶🏽
I want Yammie Noob as my therapist. Dudes got the insight.
Ah yam, you nearly got coffee to come out my nose with the airbag vest comment. I did not see that coming lol
Literal auditory master. Thank you for your videos bro.
Yammie is back baby!!
you forgot the guy who has driven for 15 years without a drivers license who pulls up at a gas station near you, fixes 3 lose bolts on your bike without saying a word and then proceeds to just drive away like he just got a full tank of fuel. he looks to old to be pulled over, never drives when the cops are out and always takes the long but safe roads.
they are some real legends.
Holy crap. 1000+ miles in 24 hours? Not gonna say I haven't done that, but it was in a car or truck every time. And none of those trips were exactly the safest drives I've been on.
On a BIKE!? No way, no how.
I appove this content I come across these guys. I'm the retired guy that can't decide which bike to ride. Today😅
Damn man I feel targeted in reference to the dual sport bro. Lol😂
I was a dual sport savant for many, many years...XL600R, KLR650, used to moto camp with just a poncho and poncho liner all the time. Now I guess I'm a "Long Distance Rider", but I take exception to the "Goldwing or K1600, no exceptions". You totally left out us sport tourers. I've put in hundreds of thousands of miles on a GPz1100, and now on a Concours 14, and yes, I have done an IBA Saddlesore. These days I just commute 2 hours a day and ride on weekends, haven't done a LD ride in a while....maybe I'm not a true LD rider anymore because I've been to all my kids graduations.
Hey! That first guy is me! BMW K1600 and Goldwing! Thanks Yammie
So happy to be an intermediate rider, owning a BMW R bike, and will stubbornly never accept a BMW S1000 as a true BMW.
Riding way faster than the chopper guys, and slower than the Gixxers, IE correct at the speed limit, never taking any chances.
Never even dropped the bike, the scuff marks on the obligatory side bags are only from carrying them in hotels.
"I had a gixxer 750 back in 05. Had all kinds of work done to it. That thing was FAST"
I must study the ways of the dual sport savant.
Love the facts at the end.... when you said Finland I think of Patrick screaming that in an episode of Spongebob 🎉
Speaking the truth, in a comedy way. Love it.
Where's the multiple unused bikes guy ?
The supermoto dude
Mental night ride, street racer dude
The pretty cafe racer dude who buys 5 jackets a season
I love the chopper part, so true 😂😂
Dude this content had me rolling 😂😂😂 always go as usual
Haha... that was great... I can't believe I'm the adv guy with the maxed out credit.... lol
You nailed me with the gsx-r lifer except it’s my ‘96 zx7r.
Had me in tears haha, had 2 boxers k1, 600 , Aprilia rsvr factory 1000 cc vtwin and KTM rc8r done , the squid life on all of them hahaha. Love the older bikes no rider aids 'expert' lool
The details….The details…. It probably took 6 months to write this script… awesome.
First comment! Love my 2014 Yamaha FZ-09, it's an absolute monster! Thx for the great vids Yammie!!
At the end of the day there's only two kinds of riders, those who have gone down and those who will go down. Spending 3 months healing will make you evaluate how important riding... I chose to slow down greatly as 3 kids rely on me living.. i still enjoy but avoid risk at all costs.
Can we get a crappy Netflix movie/series about the Scooter Bro? 😂
Hey YN, could you please tell me that website where you said you order your european bikes from? I cant remember it.
Not gonna lie; the GSX-R lifer felt real personal.
Sucks being a loser, huh? Being stupid is a choice. Wise up and get S1000rr.
Is xsr900 good starter bike if you have like 5year riding background ?
I'm good for a solid wreck once a year. That's why I don't spend more than 3 bands on a bike once a year. On the up side I've got the opportunity to ride some sick bikes in the day like my 89 f1 hurricane that lasted 3 weeks
What about me?
I'm 49, we have 2 closed drag strips in town and I'll be god damned if I'm going to let a 9sec. bike rot away.
Fun fact, anyone who says slicks don't work on the street in the rain has only read that online. They're no worse than a sticky DOT super sport tire.
Sounds like I'm slowly becoming a combination of the dual sport savant and ADV expert.
why am i slightly worried that i'm going to become "the Canyon Assassin". the your going to go down inevitably line is what really called me out XD.
Excellent video, regards from Serbia 🇷🇸
You forgot about the kawasaki 900 rider that has been riding the same bike for 40 years and only replaces the tires , oil , piston & rings because he is that good of a rider now it is a 1328 cc monster and few can match the experience , skill and out rite speed of the bike..😮
I’m a proud member of the “somehow survived getting hit by a truck” expert. 🤝
That dual sport is looking rather fun. My r1 keeps having to get parts and some small low stakes bike where everything isn't expensive sounds enticing
Honorable mention to Underbone demon. They're truly the mad scientist on the road.
Seriously, those people are something else. Seen some of them running ARRC spec for daily. Oh yeah, some of them running an irrational bore up. One of the guy I know that's an underbone demon, run 280cc bore up on his daily underbone
Haha I already plan on settling on scooting around town in later in my
Life after retiring the liter
What upsets me the most about the dual sport. Is it do wilderness survival. I love hiking and when I camp it's just under a tarp. And I've been considering getting a dual sport so I can travel to places then go off road to camp 😭
LOL. These are spot on !
Im a scooter bro and I approve your message 👍
