Omg I did the same thing. I’m based in NYC so I would study at the local libraries in the area. But quick tips I would suggest to future real estate agents even before you get your license would be to go to open houses in your area, read books on sales, network, watch RUclips videos, use quizlet so that you can study on the go, and to remain patient and dedicated 🙏🙏WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST🥳🥳
Keep in mind that the 4 million is CAD, in USD it’s about 2.9 million which is still insanely high of a price. In most states that same house would probably be under $600,000, besides from like California and NYC

Probably 150k in my area of MN.
But location location location. Vancouver is crazy. And 4 mill is like 3 million US dollars.

Can you actually go to UBC to study even if you’re not a student in UBC?
Yes.
It’s public property so yes.
You can even attend lectures.
