Especially for Colibri aka Real Estate Express, please read the course material in its entirety please. I tried the skim method for RE Practice and barely passed on the 2nd attempt and failed RE Principles outright. This is my 2nd attempt for the course now and I passed RE Principles this time because I reviewed all of the material. Please study in the way that suits you best. Also the course was 140 bucks for me with additional study materials which is what I recommend. Good luck folks and see you out there on the front lines!

I'm sure the lack of supply to meet demand, rising construction costs, extremely long process to approve housing projects, and high property taxes are just a few things causing high housing prices if not put in a right place it make you not to get real estate license.

Awesome video! I am 17 years old and leaning into getting my Real Estate License, next year in August I will be eligible to take real estate courses, and I want to do that when I can. Working with some semblance of freedom and a very high potential profit yield makes me want to do this more than going to college, which I could still do if I really wanted.
@@xander_1521 currently 17 will be 18 in a couple of months. Search for an online pre licensing course that is certified in your state. You can start those now and take the exam when you are 18. No need to wait till you are 18 to start taking the course.

you wont get the job you love at first. learn how to make sacrifices first, get as much experience on anything, apply to jobs. nothing is really passive.

Utah seems to continue to defy many of the US Trends. We have many from California, even Winters, California, including myself moving to Utah. Why do you think so many people are leaving California to come to Utah?
Does anyone know if the course certifications ever expire in California? I completed all my courses a couple years ago and never applied for the state exam, am I able to take the state exam or would I have to complete the courses again?
i like your video thx if my annually income 50-70k and my brother income 35k and we want to buy house worth 200k we sold our family land back home overseas and we can receive the money here so we can buy the house all cash , or we can borrow other 100k from friends and family to buy a 200k house what you think in this case how IRS would do since it showed only we making around 100k annually income , we still can purchase the house in cash without issues with IRS?

I'm looking at buying properties to rent out. I would like access to the MLS. I'm not interested in selling properties. Would getting my real estate license benefit me in doing this. I would be buy 2 properties a year for the first 5 years and then doubling after that. Thanks.
@@ggkkkgkgkkgkgkg you know what’s funny I’m in the same boat as you I don’t want to sell properties either I can’t see myself putting on a suit and tie and going to show properties etc I want rental properties as well but as somebody who has a sibling who is a licensed realtor I’d recommend getting your license it is pretty beneficial

That’s still very cheap for taking classes and getting a license for something in which you have an opportunity to make thousands upon thousands a year. Cdl truck driving license classes are upwards of $5000 man. This is nothing, go to college you’ll pay even more.

So that I am clear, You say that the younger generation has a better chance at being successful over the older generation because they are more "Tech Savy" or know more about online tools than the older generation? So all the years of experience an older person has is devalued? Wow!
Real Estate Express's exam prep is still another $136, which you pretty much need, so altogether it's more like $220 - and that's the price you should be quoting. They also want to select your elective for you - Legal - which is pretty presumptuous.
I know this is an old video but, you lost credibility every time you say “a million dollars”. I know it’s a COULD make but, that’s the same as telling someone you COULD become a RUclipsr making millions. Sure it’s possible, just not for you. The possibilities are greater than 1 in 1000 people making millions. Maybe you already know all this and have stopped doing this but, I hope I can at least warn others. Don’t do it for the money unless you love grinding out your own personal hours.

@@mohammadkhan7895It’s simply not realistic. Especially when money is the biggest motivator to do something. Great if it works out like that but, it’s rarely worth it. You usually have to find one of two things. 1. Something you love doing 2. Something you’re really good at If you don’t find one of these to be true, then chasing the money is gonna be a huge drag in the long run. In real estate you’ll spend the first 2 years grinding to even get your name out there. I’m not saying not to do it. I’m simply warning of the truth of doing something simply for money.
@@mightguy3118 I hardly have anyone to talk with throughout the day. At work I have very few to talk with. They speak to me sometimes but having nothing to say without making things awkward is just awful because it's always awkward with me. I wish I was great at talking and making the smile at least a bit but I just never have nothing to say. Throughout life none have wanted to talk to me and now I've come to a point where I saw that sucked. It feels like I'm alone as always. Hell I even woke up today early simply due to a dream of someone I lost and no longer with. Feels as if I'm just meant to be this way. I wouldn't say I'm not so much an introvert but never know what to say without sounding stupid or unheard. People seem to have trouble when I speak.
@@e.t.4883 Honestly you shouldn't let that stop you. Once you become a real estate agent your job will be constantly talking to people on the phone and meeting hundreds of new people. After a while that'd definitely make you less introverted
