Especially for Colibri aka Real Estate Express, please read the course material in its entirety please. I tried the skim method for RE Practice and barely passed on the 2nd attempt and failed RE Principles outright. This is my 2nd attempt for the course now and I passed RE Principles this time because I reviewed all of the material. Please study in the way that suits you best. Also the course was 140 bucks for me with additional study materials which is what I recommend. Good luck folks and see you out there on the front lines!

I know it’s a COULD make but, that’s the same as telling someone you COULD become a RUclipsr making millions. Sure it’s possible, just not for you. The possibilities are greater than 1 in 1000 people making millions. Maybe you already know all this and have stopped doing this but, I hope I can at least warn others. Don’t do it for the money unless you love grinding out your own personal hours.

@@digiornopizza1918 thanks for the comment. I am thinking of leaving my job and getting into real estate. It is good to know that most people will not make those big amounts

@@mohammadkhan7895It’s simply not realistic. Especially when money is the biggest motivator to do something. Great if it works out like that but, it’s rarely worth it. You usually have to find one of two things.
      1. Something you love doing
      2. Something you’re really good at
If you don’t find one of these to be true, then chasing the money is gonna be a huge drag in the long run. In real estate you’ll spend the first 2 years grinding to even get your name out there. I’m not saying not to do it. I’m simply warning of the truth of doing something simply for money.

Must you separate people by age? You wouldn't do it by race, religion, or gender so why is it okay with age... IT'S NOT

Lol so you got to know how to convince people to do something. Never been much of a talker. What a shame.

@@mightguy3118 I hardly have anyone to talk with throughout the day. At work I have very few to talk with. They speak to me sometimes but having nothing to say without making things awkward is just awful because it's always awkward with me. I wish I was great at talking and making the smile at least a bit but I just never have nothing to say. Throughout life none have wanted to talk to me and now I've come to a point where I saw that sucked. It feels like I'm alone as always. Hell I even woke up today early simply due to a dream of someone I lost and no longer with. Feels as if I'm just meant to be this way. I wouldn't say I'm not so much an introvert but never know what to say without sounding stupid or unheard. People seem to have trouble when I speak.

@@e.t.4883 Honestly you shouldn't let that stop you. Once you become a real estate agent your job will be constantly talking to people on the phone and meeting hundreds of new people. After a while that'd definitely make you less introverted

@@mightguy3118 Lol I guess but I don't even know where to start. Been a while I was even able to come back. To busy at work breaking my legs to understand if I can make it in such a position as fun as it may seem to sell homes for others.
