If you're looking to start your own real estate career, then this video is for you! We'll share with you everything you need to know to make the most of your first year as a real estate agent. From finding your perfect brokerage to creating a successful marketing strategy, we'll teach you everything you need to get started!
As always I want to thank you for following along and support my real estate journey from day 1 as a real estate agent. I make these videos because unfortunately many new real estate agents start their real estate careers completely in the dark. Then when a new real estate agent tries to find out the best ways to build their real estate business they bombarded by all these coaching trying to sell you their way to becoming a successful real estate agent. I want to be the beacon of transparency showing everyone exactly what being a real estate agent is all about. I have nothing for sale and I just try to document my journey in this real estate game and share some of the lesson I learn along the way. I started my real estate career at 21 years old so you could say I was a young real estate agent so there were many obstacle in my way. If you followed me long enough you can see the growth over the years and that is the main thing I want to get across.

I’m a very new agent. Licensed for two months. Thank you for putting out a vulnerable RAW and real video detailing what it’s truly like to be a new real estate agent. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one feeling these emotions of being dropped out in the middle of the ocean with no boat no life preserver, and I have to figure it out by myself. Your video was encouraging and it spoke to me that I just need to keep at it, Keep showing up. My breakthrough will happen just like it did for you. @@eunicenjoki5011 it’s hard man. Not going to sugar coat it. I have my first transaction closing in a week and another listing signed. Database is finally picking up some steam. It’s much more of a long game than I thought but in the long run will be worth it.
I can relate to this at another level, I’m 18 and just got into my 3rd month as an agent, I’ve had 3 rental clients that unfortunately have not lead to my first transaction, most of the time I stress myself out trying to figure out effective ways to create lead generation with such limited money that I have saved up and just thinking how much longer will it take before I get my first transaction but i know that if I stay consistent and stay focused I will succeed and I will achieve my goals no matter if it’s I n 3 months or 12 months, Aram I appreciate all the super straight forward videos and thank you for always keeping it real and not sugar coating anything !

Not only are your videos extremely informative, but you're also hilarious! Thank you for giving the details and sharing the wealth of knowledge you've gained through the years. I probably shouldn't say this because you might raise the fees ( LOL), but the details are priceless. I've reached out to a few leads (top agents) and some coaches since I started, and I either feel like they wish not to share details or maybe not see the value in them, but for us new agents, it's crucial. As always, I'll keep sharing with friends and colleagues.

Appreciate the video, feels like I’ve been doing this for a long time with no actual clients but I just checked and I did my first open house 21/2 months ago and have been doing 2-4 open houses a week since and still have no clients just leads but I just finished my crms started following up with people today. I’m glad you made this video.

I'm on day 50 of my RE journey. You're right though. Consistency is key and doing your best not to shell out so much money is another thing I gotta do. All I have is sweat equity tbh

One of the number one things I hear successful people and millionaires do is read. Whether its self help, informative, etc. Reading keeps the brain juices flowing and keeps us sharp while learning new things. They say it takes a village to raise a child and the same can be said for getting a new realtor up and running. I am so glad to come across your amazing content. Any time I get a gift card for a book store or somewhere I can read something, I try to buy a business idol's book or real estate related literature of some sort to learn more about various walks of life and parts of this multifaceted industry. I am currently in the same boat as you were. I've been a Realtor for two months now, and I am driving for Lyft / Uber as my main source of income. While my broker does have good training, I still have really no idea what I need to be doing. I have my business cards in the form of refrigerator magnets and give them to as many riders as I can while doing rideshare, and had two friends of mine both be unable to be pre-qualified. Do you have a video on where to get the FSBO amd Expired list of potential clients so that I can start cold calling also?
I’ve been there my friend keep powering through, the website I used is theredx.com that being said you have to be taking action every towards something and by that I mean prospecting networking learning new things meeting new people losing money making mistakes etc and through all of this you will figure out what to do
my team made me cold call 1500 people on my third day lol.
