How are you getting on now? I got my license 4 weeks ago. I’m feeling overwhelmed too. I just take each day as it comes and make sure I advance by learning new things every day. I’m learning my infrastructure first then I will learn listing presentations etc.
Your video was extremely helpful! I have been a licensed agent since the middle of 2019, and I had a mentor until the pandemic hit. Now I’m lost in the sauce because of the lack of a good trainer. I was able to sale my first home the summer of 2022, but I need a good mentor to help me. I will look forward to viewing your training classes. Thanks

I find this to be super fulfilling. I didn't have anyone helping with this stuff when I was a newer agent and I find the business of doing business so interesting that I love sharing what I have found to work. It creates more impact than just 1:1 mentoring in my brokerage.

Great advice. I’m what I consider a new agent. Been with my broker a year. Lots of training. I have a mentor assigned to me. She’s great but she’s busy. I had one closing 🎉. But now I feel stuck and do not know which way to go. I just recently talk to a coach. I’m considering hiring her. I need a plan and to start treating it like a business. I subscribed to your channel and will watch some of your videos. Thank you 😊 ❤
Could you explain what you mean by, “doing open houses every weekend”?.. I have heard many people say this but I am confused on how this works? If it is not your listing, how do you just go to random open houses and hang around prospecting visitors without agents? I cannot seem to find the answer to this. Thank you!
Many agents that are holding open houses are holding them at other agent's listings in their office, since not all agents actively have listings to hold open.
So it's not about selling houses; it's about selling mentorship, so-called training, and pirating fees from newbies and each other...you guys are buzzphrase artists.Have fun with that new Sherman Act decision...

You are successful Realtor. In 7/10/1980, I got my California License. Prior I was Senior Level Accountant for 13 years and Decided quit my job and went full Time Real Estate Agent until I retired 28 years. Real Estate is lots Challenges and Fun but my advice To all Agents, always use basic Fundamentals of Real Estate. Remember” Customer for Life”
Goodday, are there visa sponsorship real estate jobs in canada... i rarely come across any that wants to support real estate professionals from other countries willing to start afresh in canada.
I have a mentor and I am still broke and struggling. Not to say what you are suggesting is incorrect but I'm saying that the right mentor is important. I feel stuck because I cant afford to make a significant change now.
Having the RIGHT mentor is so important. A mentor who isn't really providing guidance is more like an arm-chair, just someone to sit with you and listen to your troubles.

Should I pick a well-known brokerage? Or a new company with an excellent mortgage broker who has 30 years of experience?
Pick whichever will help you when you call needing help writing out a contract or when you've got yourself in a pickle. :)
