HEY!! Sorry for the late upload but my schedule has been so chaotic lately! I wanted to get a video up so I'd rather post later in the day than not post at all :) Hope you enjoyed and hope you found this helpful!!🤍
I am in the process of obtaining my license in Nebraska. One difference is that the age of maturity in Nebraska is 19. A few states are like that also. I used an on line course but some people would do better for a residence type course. One hint for test taking that I had someone who writes the PSI tests told me is when you come to a question, before you read the question, read the answers first. From D- C- B- A. When you're reading the answers, you're going to start playing Jeopardy in your head. The game show where they give you the answer and you have to come up with the question. As you read the answers, you're going to have some idea what they should be getting at, so when you then read the question, you'll understand the question better. Then read the answers A- B- C- D.
I already like to flip homes so it hit me why am I paying a realtor to do the easy part of the process. Thank you so much for this video. Much love!! 🎉
Thank you so much for this video, I been wanting to get my license for awhile now and had so many questions but have answer a lot of things I have been wondering so thank you
I’m from Nashville and I just moved to North Carolina and I’m looking to get my license within the next 6 to 8 months and I’m excited just ready to pass the exam
Useful video. Im also in the process of getting my real estate license. Do you recommend purchasing the package of Real Estate Pre License Education with the practice questions or with the textbook?
This was so interesting to learn about! I love that they have webinars and a workbook for you! Im a terrible test taker so test always stress me out😂 the way the test is done sounds similar to the cpt exam, i have to show my surroundings multiple times before starting lol 😂 But I’m so excited for real estate to take off for you!
I'm a living testimony of Mrs Amanda she helped me achieve my dream of becoming a licienced Real Estate Agent, i encourage those who find it difficult to pass the Real Estate exams to work with her and thank me later
Girl you just saved my life over here! I just signed up for Kaplan’s real estate course home study program In California last week I’m have a hard time retaining the info because it’s a lot of reading. My package didn’t come with videos either. Literally in tears because I am frustrated. But I will definitely check out the prep channel you mentioned in hope that it will help with my learning. Love the course and it’s free through Keller Williams Realty but I’m a visual learner so you know how that goes. Hahahaha. I have a question for you. When you said you just got through the courses and then worked on things during your study did you mean study for the exam or did you schedule a separate study Time for things you didn’t understand? I find myself doing the same thing you were taking a tons of notes and not understanding a lot of it when it comes time to take the unit review test after you’re read the unit.
I didn’t!! Prep Agent has a webinar on their channel that goes through most of the math and it made me understand how to do it all! ruclips.net/video/6jTIsq0Uxeg/видео.html I think this was the one! But they have a ton of math videos!
Hi there Kiesha, did you take a course for your salesperson license before you took your broker? Or did you go straight into getting your brokerage license?
Hi! I’m currently going through the same exact pre-licensing course with Kaplan! Was there a final exam you had to do for Kaplan before you could take your state and national?
@@keishapettway I finished my courses and the final exam portion is now available and says it’s proctored and it’s 100 questions and I get 3 tries. Is the the state and national portion or is this just the final exam for the course itself?
Hi I'm also taking my course through Kaplan but my course is actually free. Can you please make a video on how you studied for the final exam through the course. I only have one more attempt left, and I don't want to fail again. Thank you
I always find this so interesting and btw you look amazing your skin looks flawless! I didn’t think it involved this much studying, but I’m glad you found it that easy. I hate when I feel like it’s too good to be true on the test, but that feeling of when you passed is so amazing 🙈 this was so helpful and really interesting my friend is thinking of becoming a realtor so I’m sending her this 🥰
Thank you!! The ring light def helps with the skin LOL. But yes so many people actually fail one or both portions of the exam so it’s definitely worth taking time to study and understand the terms! And yay!! Appreciate you sharing the video☺️☺️
I know this is stupid to mention but you were saying complete the course work for your state Here in San Antonio there are streets like Michigan and Colorado Is this part of border control or Bar control Also there is a Mental state of being or things and at that point do I include this as a state or find all state prefixes? For example A state, a state (capitol versus lower cases), the state, I am not sure if state of applies, but being through is important to me... I want to get certified or licensed so that I do not get evicted again ... people with felonies have an easier time than I did especially with insurance I know eviction is a business as it is a business and part of the business whether it's the Real Estate business or part of E-Commerce One more thing is punctuation a loop hole in Real Estate? Or is it just a matter of font size or word translation flips from other languages? That was hard to text by the way....😮
I've been struggling alot with passing the real estate exam for the past six months. Does anyone know any alternative for passing the exams please share 👇🙏 I'm really tired of failing ☹️

Sales license! A sales/affiliate broker license which is the license you start out with!
