Graham Stephan I’m from Sweden and over here you have to go to university for 3 years to get a real estate license... Do you still recommend going into real estate?
The one thing missing here is that Real Estate is ageless as I have discovered at 50 when I entered Real Estate in Sydney Australia and broke million dollar records within 2 years. Awesome material Graham! Great advise for all!
There's hundreds of real estate youtubers but none like you graham, even with the disapproval of my own parents concerning my career choice towards real estate, you're truly my number one inspiration to go for it anyway and prove to them I can be successful, keep up the good work!
yea man, i always loved business/stocks and when i brought up real estate and all these things i always get shut down by my own parents saying collage is the only place i'm going. i understand why and its to protect me but dude at least a little encouragement.
The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
Please i need help, i have $1k saved in my account and i really wish to use it to invest on real estate but i don't know what to do....please i need opinion.
You should do a “Day in the Life of a Real Estate Agent” type of video and take us without throughout your day so we can get an even better idea of what you do. Plus it would probably be even more entertaining
Real estate has always interested me. My passion is music composition and screenwriting but it’s always something that I was curious about. I’m introverted and very timid so I know I would not be a great agent. I just turned 28 and am just getting my life back on track from being homeless. Your videos are very inspiring. Even though I’m not in the industry I really find your videos helpful. Your drive and passion is unbelievable.
Shanika Freeman God bless you !! 🙌🏼💕 You got this! God is good! You can do all things through Christ! Being introverted can change over time, you just gotta find what makes you feel confident and run with it!
Just read your comment an I felt your story and just wanted to tell you to stay positive and happy don't let anything stop you from achieving any thing you want out of life I'm glad you are no longer homeless if you ever need a friend to talk to just hit me up I don't mind talking to you and being a good friend to you i like helping an uplifting people my number is 501-625-0474 area code on my phone is Arkansas but I'm living in Paterson new jersey hope to here from you
Harold Andrews This is the kindest comment I’ve read in so long! God bless you in everything you do. HE has already blessed you with His Love for your neighbor in your heart. YOU, are a beautiful person! Blessings 🙏❤️😊
Shanika Freeman Please remember in every tree God put the seed inside. It means in every one of us we carry what God made us to be. It is very very important to be aware of our strengths and our weaknesses. You said it clearly yourself. YOUR passion is music composition and screenwriter. I believe in that environment you feel like a duck in water. Out of that environment you feel like a duck out of water - walking funny. That’s when you are aware of your weaknesses. Doesn’t mean you don’t stretch out of your comfort zones. This video is great. He says if you’re other job is the part time job and real estate is the full time job. I would say, pray about it. See where the Lord leads you. But I’ve got a feeling you’re name is destined to be on big screens. Blessings to you always prayers. We are stronger by our failure than our success. 🙏❤️🙏😊

Lack of patience because of their goals. They think they are going to be rich quick, but when they see the effort and time they have to put into it they quit.

My dad owns a real estate company and since it’s a family business, I’m planning on working in real estate after I graduate from high school. I work in marketing as an admin which is fun too. This is really informative and really helps me get an idea on what it’s like and kinda prepares me for what to expect. Loving the channel 👍
Graham I just wanted to say thank you, you've truly inspired me to be the best version of me I could possibly be, I admire you and I just wanted to say thank you, I don't think you realize how much you've helped me move forward.
Such a great video. Im excited for the future as i've recently been taken under the wing of an established agent. Im starting off doing things like hanging signs, sending emails, and posting listings on social media. Im still in the process of getting my license but am still able to pop in the office to gain experience. It is invaluable.
After watching your videos I have decided to become a realtor. I am almost half way through my alabama pre licensing course and I will be buying your course afterwards. Thankyou for inspiring me!
Work in healthcare for a while..done and done. Unknowingly invested in real estate and getting ready to quit my corporate job and officially get my license. Thank you!
This is awesome. During my time in college, I worked as an Amazon driver and while the job itself was so and so, my favorite part of the job was driving through different neighborhoods, seeing different styles of architecture between each city, the "vibe" of each neighborhood, etc. I would sometimes just take random drives on the weekends seeing different places. I may just give this a shot...
There are so many spammy gimmicky sounding people on RUclips but Graham is a refreshing straight up dude from the videos I’ve seen. I’m turning my attention to real estate and this video is excellent and provides real value. It feels honest, and that is priceless thanks man.
Turning 18 soon and you have boosted my excitement for real estate. I've known for a while that I have wanted to do it, and you've secured it. Keep it up!
I’m 20 y/o and super passionate about becoming a real estate agent, but I’ve been working full-time and fully supporting myself since i finished highschool. I’m currently working midnights which finally gives me time during the day to pursue real estate. but i don’t know how to do real estate part time and slowly switch my full time job into full time real estate
I've been in the business of investment & development real estate almost 30 years and I have my college-aged sons watch YOU on what it takes, things they can do, and how to make it in real estate. Love your videos, Graham. Sincerely, you're doing a great service to people your age who did not grow up thinking that they can go out there, work hard, and "get theirs" in America like when I grew up in the 70s/80s. With the epidemic of suicide of young people in America, partly because they may think "What's the point? I can't make a better life for myself....", you give them hope as a living, real example of someone who increased the quality of their life by sticking to the fundamentals of a great attitude, work ethic, being on time, interpersonal skills, etc.....all old-school Napoleon Hill type principles! You're a throwback, kid. Keep up the great work! PS: Shoot me a message if you're ever contemplating any T-I-C deals and you need capital. I'd love to see a proforma that you have put together on a project. Best Regards, ftlbs928 (car reference I'm confident you'll understand)
+ftlbs928 Wow, seriously thank you so much for this comment - I'm pretty blown away to say the least, it's pretty mind blowing and amazing for me to read this, that made my morning. I'm so glad there's value in my videos and that people enjoy them that much, reading comments like yours really motivates me to push out as much as I can. This is all content I wish I had learned in schools and that I wish more schools were able to teach! As for any upcoming projects, as of now I only invest for myself but who knows what'll happen in the future and if I start taking on larger projects - I'll certainly keep you in mind! Great username 😉 Graham
GrahamStephan , thank you for sharing your knowledge w/us. I'm 26 yo , currently in dental field, I am interested in Realestate. Being an assistant and working myself up to work independently/partner in a firm , sounds like a gd advice. Thank you.
I’m contemplating getting my Brokers License before I start Paramedic School, with the lenient hours I feel like it would make a really great second job for my off days seeing as I’ll only be working as a medic roughly 10 days a month.

I am 16 years old and I was interested in becoming an architect but I didn’t necessarily agree with the life style. I stumbled upon your RUclips channel and I feel that this line of work suits me better and it’s centered around something I love houses
GrahamStephan one question I have is would I have to relocate or have easy access to the high end areas to be successful and if I do what are some suggestions you would give me in Texas ?
Thank you Graham, if it wasn't for your videos I'd probably not be pursuing real estate as a career. I am now picking a brokerage now and it is all props to you since your first video!!
I'm so glad and congrats on getting started! Find a good brokerage that'll offer you as much training and support as you want, that'll be key when you're first starting.

I am a software engineer but I still enjoyed watching this real estate video. You gave great tips and I like that you are genuine and sincere in your videos :)
For those in OREGON, Real Estate Courses can be taken online or in class format. The course requires you to take 150 hours, 3 hours 1x week. Cost is about $650. Then you take the license exam at a predetermined location within your State. $75. If you don't pass you can take it again, but still have to pay another $75. Also required to be fingerprinted. $57.

Okay, so as a Quality Control Inspector I do NOT mean offend you but... In the paragraph after you listed the pros and cons of being a real estate agent, you used the wrong form of ‘your’ 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭!!! “By the time your older”.... All jokes to the side, sorry for being dramatic. Graham, I love your videos. I want to be a real estate agent some day. You give me hope! Thank you! As a person who makes $31k a year, with no degree yet, and suffers from severe depression and anxiety I can’t tell you enough how your videos have helped open my eyes. I see a lot of me in you and I think I can do this! Lots of love to ya 😊
Since I totally forgot to mention this in the video: People ask me if they should move to a more populated/more expensive area to begin selling real estate. Chances are, the answer is NO. Begin in the area you know and are most comfortable with that you can commute to. Do not pack up and move to a new area to begin a brand new career. Once you see you actually like working as a realtor and see some success, you can decide to change areas once you have a little experience. Otherwise it's way too much risk to start in a new city never having done this before and not knowing if it's something you'll enjoy doing.
GrahamStephan Just scrolled down and was about to ask this, I live about 50 mins away from L.A and I wanted to hopefully begin there but I guess I'll start in the Inland empire area and work my way up there thanks Graham you're awesome keep the vids comin !!!!
While 50 minutes is still 50 minutes, it's commutable to start in a higher end area if you're okay with the drive. I was more-so referring to people who are in Kentucky, for example, that want to move to Manhattan to start a career - but an hour drive is doable if you're up for it! Check out Pasadena, there are some insanely nice areas there that are a little closer to the Inland Empire.
GrahamStephan Awesome!! I am definitely up for it !! Thanks so much now that you've gave me some insight on it I will definitely focus on the the L.A area and I will also check out Pasadena. I'm 18 right now and I'm truly looking to follow in your foot steps and just fixing the errors you made along the way I am going to an open house next Sunday in L.A to try and speak with some agents and get some info I barely started the process of getting my license but I'm super eager to start. I can't Thank you enough Graham !!!!!!!
I live this man. You hit all the reasons I became interested in being an agent. Currently studying for the exam, networking and educating myself as much as possible. My girl is an agent and an investor, and this video has me more excited than I already was!
I'm 12 and I want to be a future real estate agent full time. And glad I chose this video because it gave me notes basically. To make connections with people. Study hard. Make happen because it doesn't come to you. Become an assistant. And you actually showed books that I can read now and become successful when I get older. Trust me as soon as get a job at 14 I WILL get those books I WILL study I WILL make connections. And finally I will become successful as a future real estate agent

I paused the video @5:23 just to come say THANK YOU for saying that!! It takes passion and dedication above all else. Every time I tell people I'm interested in or am going to be a Real Estate Agent, the first comment is about making good money. Sure it doesn't hurt! But that's not why I'm here. You're definitely my favorite of the dozens of RUclipsrs I'm checking out right now. Stay Real!! :)
I am only 15 years old but i already know i want to start working towards being a real estate agent, I love meeting new and have always enjoyed selling things so it's something I will work towards these last 3 years of highschool!
I want to get my license so that I have the ability be an agent, but I more want to take the courses so I can find better deals for myself. I want to learn the legal loopholes and the tax benefits that come from being a home owner. I love the idea of buying multi family homes for the cash flow and principle pay down.
I needed something uplifting and positive. My final exam is tomorrow, and I’ve been so busy with work, it’s been hard to get as much studying in as I would have liked. I’ve very much enjoyed my real estate coursework, which I’ve been attending three days a week. Believe it or not, this old video completely lifted my spirits and renewed me mentally. I’m so glad to see how far Graham has come since he started posting videos. One thing that really boggled my mind, was how long he has been operating as an agent. 2008. Over ten years of experience. The longest I’ve ever spent at one job was twelve years, to which I owe most of my conquered learning curve and retail management knowledge. Thinking about how hard I worked at something I didn’t find particularly fulfilling (painfully necessary, actually), it is interesting to imagine how much industry specific experience Graham must have today. I know he didn’t expect to be a motivational speaker in 2008, but the path he began in sharing his career experience has immensely motivated my career change and even his archived stuff is extremely helpful when perseverance becomes necessary.
In the last 2 days I have watched 15+ videos all from your vid on the apple credit card haha. Im a senior in highschool and have been looking for careers. I recently took interest in real estate and after watching this I remembered that my aunt works in real estate! Immediately hit her up. I think this is the beginning to something amazing.
Graham Stephan Only worries about having enough to support myself before I actually start making money. But I believe I have the determination to stick to it!
I love this and I have been watching your videos and you give such good advice, Im trying to start young at age 17 by learning everything i can to be successful
I just got my real estate license and I’m half way through the millionaire real estate agent. Your right it’s so good. My goal is to be a full time agent eventually. Currently my plan is to continue to substitute teach for three days a week with the goal of going full time as an agent in 6 months if not sooner as Kevin Ward suggests in his videos.
Hell yeah Graham I've loved every video you have put out on youtube!! True quality and it has a real purpose, I love RUclipsrs like yourself. You're putting out better quality than most that base 100% of their income off RUclips! Love the passion!
Thanks so much, Seth! I'm so glad you enjoy it - thankfully I do this for fun and not based around any RUclips income (which is very, very small for the amount of work I put into this), so I'm really glad that comes through vs doing something for profit, which is usually where I start to see things go downhill.

Fantastic video Graham!! I just started my online course to get my real estate license, while working under a high volume realtor, and developing an app that you will be using in the future. Keep up the great work!
Max Powers this may not be any help unless you live in Denver. But I take a hybrid class through HiredSchools which is a partner of Dearborn Real Estate Education, which is owned by Kaplan. I like the idea of having a physical class every week, the pass rate is much higher than solely online classes. The class costs about the same as any other online course, so I suggest you look around your area for real estate schools!
I’m 18 and I finally found a career that I think suits me something that I can see myself doing for the rest of life without being depressed I’m excited
I'm really dedicated to doing work such as yourself, I'm taking down notes on what u say and screen shoting the stuff u recommend such as the book to read and like following mike ferry as I just did I'm 16 btw turning 17 in June and I'm looking forward to seeing you at the top!

Thanks for the insights. On the middle of my online RE class right now and really looking forward to this part of transition of my life. Had been in other marketing (direct and MLM) and businesses in the past and even as a pro photographer, but RE still is trying to pull me in. Can't wait to join the pack and make a killing.
great video and thanks for all the info, u seem very motivated into this stuff and it motivates me too to become a real estate agent, I'm 17 and will be a senior in august and I had no idea what do once out of school and I really don't want to go to college neither and since watching your vids i think this is something I'm really considering on doing. thanks for the info and keep it up.
youre literally my twin!!! everything you've said is what i am striving for and how I am as a person. My plan is literally to accumulate a large sum of money to throw into a investment.
GrahamStephan yes! You're videos are so inspiring I'm currently a leasing consultant for a corporate property then after with that experience I plan on getting my real estate license ! Also your videos are reeeeally informative!! Thanks for posting them
Thank you for clarifying on the part time aspect. I currently am attending community college and i also have a part time job 4 hours a day after school on the weekdays and luckily my employer is extremely flexible with my schedule. The only downside is that our office closes at 4:30 and i can’t work after that. I do have my grandpa’s bowling alley that is open super late that i could work at when buyers aren’t looking at homes, but i make more than minimum wage at my current job, so it kind of sucks. I haven’t started my course yet, but I’m a few weeks after my winter quarter has begun, I’m going to enroll in the course and try to get it done as fast as i can and then try to be an intern or assistant for 6 months to a year before going and selling on my own as you suggested. Thank you for the awesome information! You’re starting to become a new favorite channel of mine just because you give so much good info!
A lot of these comments are teenagers, or people with out higher education looking for a get rich quick scheme. Yes, you don’t need collage but a degree is a big part of being qualified. People see real-estate as a good idea because of potential, but the reality is you have to work as hard as an office job, and you don’t automatically get a guaranteed salary. Nothing comes free
A degree has zero to do with being a real estate agent. Some of the most successful realtors I see don’t have degrees, including myself. It’s absolutely not get rich quick, it’s a long term career - ideally something that you’ll do for decades. It’s not for everyone but for those who enjoy it, it’s a job that never feels like work.
I really enjoyed watching your video, thank you so much! I have been watching other channels giving real estate advice, but you have explained everything so well. After watching your video I feel more confident about going into real estate.
Once you get a license, how do you go about finding a "job"? A place that helps you get leads etc. Do you find a real estate company and apply like a normal job?
Anybody else as soon as the video ended went and got the book?? Because same 😂 ima start reading it tomorrow! So excited to learn more about this before starting any courses!
Very good advice. I was trying to get an administrative assistant job after I got my license and found they wanted more computer operations than I had. I finish my computer operations classes at the end of January and I so am going to follow your advice. I live in the valley or I would so come to work with you just to pick your brain. Coffee would be a blessing if you find you would like to be a mentor! I sold for Coldwell Banker in Illinois in the 80's when interest was through the roof. I know this is going to go better as I still managed to sell back then. I have been a painting and decorating contractor for over 20 years and have many previous clients in the Hills!
I got inspired and went online to check what it requires to start as a real estate agent in my country. Here it is a three year full-time bachelor's degree in order to get your license. I guess this is good in the sense that not anyone can do this, and that they will have a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, ethics and everything that goes into it. Having a full time job already, and being a parent, a full time study for three more years is just not possible for me... :(
As a person who provides 100 % for a family of 2 I wouldn't be able to do this sadly working paycheck to paycheck now hardly any saving . Given my job right now gives me a lot of free time on the job. I read books right now I just hope one that I can evently be able to do this maybe part-time online, being an apprentice is not fesiable for me...
I work at HEB in Austin Texas and will apply for my real-estate training soon. Thank you so much for all your advice and i look forward to posting more random comments on my progress in the near future, thank you.

Holy balls graham. Im on a different youtube account right now, but I remember chatting with you in the comments when you were under 5k subs. Now you have 53 THOUSAND. You are amazing. Continue killing the game.
@@GrahamStephan Lovely recommendation, so I want to use my nickname Lavish as a first name in the real estate business, do you think it will cause any hindrance or send a pretentious message?
Using a fake name would be pretty unprofessional and I could see people getting the wrong idea of your personality if you used that name. Just stick with real names
@@jacobarmstrong5969 it's part of my real name, it's just not my first name. But I wonder if people would still have a weird perception towards it. Thanks for the feedback, really helpful.

13:35 growing up I lived in a pretty decent sized house and now that I’m older and seen a lot more of the world I feel like I definitely should have taken advantage of it
I think a good topic would be investing in rentals either houses or multi family. You could probable get pretty in depth with it between the expenses of owning the property, finding tenants, and finding the right locations. Great video as always!

Hi Graham! I've watched a couple of your videos at this point and you have taken the words right out of my mouth in many cases. I just dropped out of college with a decent gpa but school has never been for me. A little back story... my dad and my grandpa are from Italy. My grandfather is off the boat and when he arrived he could barely speak English. He now owns a million dollar granite countertop fabrication business in Windsor ON Canada. My dad is a high school dropout and has paid off two quarter million dollar homes by home flipping and home building. When I was little my dad would let me skip school to go to work with him. He was taking me to the million dollar homes of hockey players and ceo's. My dad did Bob Probert's kitchen counters if you want to look him up. So I began drawing up houses that resembled those of these millionaires. And my passion for homes and real estate began. People that knew me and my family would suggest that I become an architect. However, I hated school. Long hours on my feet have never intimidated me ( as country singer duo sugarland says "that's what your knees are for" ) and in high school I bought my first car with tips I saved working in a mom and pop restaurant at night. I got accepted into a really good university at my mums pushing and kicking- gotta love that woman- but I hated it after the first semester. Now I'm working two jobs in pharmaceuticals to save up to take my real estate licensing exam and join a brokerage. Even though my parents are well off they don't just hand me things. My dad expects me to put in the same level of effort he did. In the last month I've had at least 5 people/friends tell me that I will never make it in real estate. I take these comments as a challenge to prove them wrong and hearing you're story really has encouraged me and given me some of the much needed confidence. I'm 19 and looking forward to all the opportunities that real estate could offer; even if that means swinging a hammer on a foreclosure to make ends meet. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good work!

I passed pre-licensing nearly a month ago and I failed the State and National once, I just re-took both and failed the State but passed the National! The test they give you in pre-licensing isn't nearly the same as the state one lol
I really like the idea of real estate because I love homes. I'm not after the money at all, although it is a good factor. I'm trying to do something part time. I heard coworkers talking about poor real estate agents that didn't post good photos, didn't show off the home's features, so on. I'm trying to learn as much as I can and I feel like it's going to be a good career for me eventually.
What advice would you have for someone looking to transition from a full time career in sales to a full time realtor? My thought was to start off doing it part time until I built my business enough to become a full time agent and complete the switch. Any thoughts?

Thank you so much man! Gets me that much closer to being able to afford the course :)
how do i show homes and negotiate and communicate if I work at night.?
so I can do this at home on the internet? thanks
are you getting paid? do you get paid by getting people to sign up?
can I do this from home?
I read you need a sponsor and mentor?
The great thing about real estate is that anyone can get a license, the bad thing about real estate is that anyone can get a license.
LOL...very, very true
Graham Stephan I’m from Sweden and over here you have to go to university for 3 years to get a real estate license... Do you still recommend going into real estate?
This is simply not true but I don’t care enough to correct you.
So true, low barrier to entry.
That just let’s you know how hard you’re gonna have to work to be successful. Anything that’s easy to get it’s usually a catch to it
The one thing missing here is that Real Estate is ageless as I have discovered at 50 when I entered Real Estate in Sydney Australia and broke million dollar records within 2 years. Awesome material Graham! Great advise for all!

You should do a “Day in the Life of a Real Estate Agent” type of video and take us without throughout your day so we can get an even better idea of what you do. Plus it would probably be even more entertaining

I second that motion because I am interested in doing this as a part time gig maybe full time if i get good at it
Real estate has always interested me.
Shanika Freeman keep moving forward. We all hit rock bottom . Good luck sir .

I want to get my license so that I have the ability be an agent, but I more want to take the courses so I can find better deals for myself. I want to learn the legal loopholes and the tax benefits that come from being a home owner. I love the idea of buying multi family homes for the cash flow and principle pay down.
The way you said “you look forward to going into the office”. That’s all I want in life. I absolutely can’t stand my job
How's it going 5 months later?
I just got my real estate license and I’m half way through the millionaire real estate agent. Your right it’s so good. My goal is to be a full time agent eventually. Currently my plan is to continue to substitute teach for three days a week with the goal of going full time as an agent in 6 months if not sooner as Kevin Ward suggests in his videos.
The millionaire real estate agent is a great book.

This is a highly underrated video. Its gold!
It’s not for everyone but for those who enjoy it, it’s a job that never feels like work.
typically the you need to have money to make money.
I really enjoyed watching your video, thank you so much! I have been watching other channels giving real estate advice, but you have explained everything so well. After watching your video I feel more confident about going into real estate.
Love the knowledge you dropped. I did my own spin as well on the subject.
Wow this is one of the must clear and understanding video in real state I had see, thank you for sharing.
Once you get a license, how do you go about finding a "job"? A place that helps you get leads etc. Do you find a real estate company and apply like a normal job?
Yes
Remax, Caldwell banker, keller
Start your own company and run digital advertising
Anybody else as soon as the video ended went and got the book?? Because same 😂 ima start reading it tomorrow! So excited to learn more about this before starting any courses!
You get paid to learn, The opposite of college say less I’m hooked
It's the best job if you're self disciplined.
Nervous and stoked at the same time !!!
AWESOME!
You can do it!!💪🙏💙
Could you get the license by studying at work and just go from there? If nothing else you'd have the license in your back pocket.

+Kris Lonnquist Thank you! Yeah, I'm shocked - things picked up really, really quickly!!
how do you find a job to be an assistant for an agent?
Ask around! And check local job listings from agents who post help needed.
But vending is looking good
Thank you for this video. I have been watching since two months. It’s makes me want to jumping the new carrier .
People who fail have no drive in this industry
Hey! I live in Las Vegas, I use to do tree service at some of those $40 mill homes! Now I’m looking to get into real estate because of how inspired I was by everyone’s home! Thanks for the video!
This is gold information, thank you so much!
thanks!!

13:35 growing up I lived in a pretty decent sized house and now that I’m older and seen a lot more of the world I feel like I definitely should have taken advantage of it
Thanks man! Great video! I'll be getting my license this summer so this info helps a lot
Absolutely! With those exam cram programs/books/practice tests, you should pass no problem.
I think a good topic would be investing in rentals either houses or multi family. You could probable get pretty in depth with it between the expenses of owning the property, finding tenants, and finding the right locations. Great video as always!
+Todd Evans Yes! I'll definitely be going into this in more detail!
Every time I hear “my biggest recommendation… “I know there’s not coming I wasn’t even looking i was taking notes and I knew it was coming....not complaining just funny
Wow, I just want to thank you for making these videos! Keep on keeping on!
Also, what is the DVD you watched the "exam cram dvd"? Where did you get it?
Graham, great content. You’re honestly my favorite RUclipsr !
Thanks so much!

Amazing story, man - seriously, that's awesome. You sound like you'd be a great real estate developer!
GrahamStephan Thanks! That means a lot!
Haha I loveee how excited you are. Greet tips! greetings from the netherlands

Wow, great video. Thinking about becoming a real estate agent and looking for the first steps. I'm glad this was one of them!
thanks!!
I suck at tests too, but I've failed the state test multiple time even though I've passed the class test.
Damn, really? Which state is this in?
GrahamStephan it's in New York
maliboo Hope you pass
I passed pre-licensing nearly a month ago and I failed the State and National once, I just re-took both and failed the State but passed the National! The test they give you in pre-licensing isn't nearly the same as the state one lol
Keep trying if you want it bad enough.
Fuck yea notification squadddd
NotifSquad FTW
love your channel just now watching this blast from the past.
What advice would you have for someone looking to transition from a full time career in sales to a full time realtor? My thought was to start off doing it part time until I built my business enough to become a full time agent and complete the switch. Any thoughts?
