    MASALA FOR CHICKEN GRAVY
    Coriander powder - 3 table spoon
    Chilly powder - 2table spoon
    Garam/biriyani masala - 1table spoon
    Cumin powder - 1/2 table spoon
    Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
    3-4 large onions
    Garlic clove - 4nos
    Ginger - 2 piece
    Curry leaves(few)
    Green chilliest - 2
    Tomato - 1
    Yogurt/curd -2tbs
    BIRIYANI GARNISH
    Fried onion/bismy - 1 no’s
    Cashew -50gm
    Kismis/dry grapes - 50gm
    Pineapple slice
    BIRIYANI SPICES
    Star spice/thakkolam - 2nos
    Bay/karuka leaf - 2 no’s
    Karuka patta/cinnamon - 2 stick
    Grambu/clove - 4nos
    Elaikka/cardamom - 4nos
    Cuscus - 1 teaspoon
    Perumjeerakam/cumin - 1 teaspoon
    HOW TO COOK RICE ?
    In 240ml glass
    2 glass rice(washed,soaked for 1/2 to 1 hour and drained)
    1 glass rice needs 1 and 1/2 glass boiling water
    So 2 glass rice requires 3 glass boiling water
    OTHER INGREDIENTS
    Lemon - 1/2 portion
    Butter/ghee -4table spoon
    Veg/sunflower oil - 10ml(as required)
    DICED CHICKEN - 1kg
    (Marinated with salt,curd,turmeric and red chilly powder)
