Pavlovas also have a TON of sugar in them which changes the texture and flavour. This is closer to bread in texture than it is to a pavlova. It is extremely similar to angel food cake or an asian sponge cake.

1) 2:45 2) i saw quite a few of videos of making cloud bread and not one mentioned preheating. but the one i watched to make the cloud bread just earlier tdy said 300 Fahrenheit for 20-25mins. btw i preheated mine and i dont think ill be doing tht when i try again.. bc mine ended up deflating and maybe preheating was the cause or at least one of it.
