Hey meimei!! Never seen this before, and we have never heard about this trend before!! That's cool it has 3 ingredients. Cool you're doing it 3 different ways. Butters likes to separate the yolks from egg whites with her hands. Yes.. do each one separate for sure, so you don't ruin the rest if a yolk breaks by mistake. Your little blue and white bowl.. we have the same ones!! They are too cute!

I wouldn’ve imagined it would taste eggy since there are only 3 ingredients without any acid to cut through that uncooked white egg flavour that sometimes unpleasant. If I make meringue, normally would add lemon juice or vinegar. But glad you tried this viral recipe, this is such a fun way to entertain kids since it doesn’t take long to make and looks really cool too!
