I was super excited because it looked like 蒸しパン/mushi pan (steamed bread) in Japan... but it wasn't! Mushi-pan is delicious! Its sweet, light & fluffy. It uses actual bread ingredients like flour. I bet you could add food coloring to a basic recipe and get much better results..! (Hint: Use the keywords "How to make 蒸しパン" - A lot of videos that include English instructions will come up.) I used to make cloud bread before I developed an egg allergy but my recipe was quite different to yours and definitely more savoury... very nice for cheese sandwiches and a good bread substitute.

Can I just say how AWESOME your personality is, how AMAZING your cakes/bakes/decorating & Baking tips videos are & how EXCITED I am to finally find your channel! I JUST started my Baking/Caking home hobby with my 7 yo daughter=perfect riming🤗 We made our very 1st bake last night....Forgotten (meringue) Cookies, easy right? Well as I learned here, I beat my egg whites to a pulp! Our meringue was DEF grainy, I did use granulated sugar...is this a no-no? I thought about using confectioners sugar but wasn't 100% sure so I went with the online recipe, subbing 1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar rather than salt. I got my spatula stuck in my Kitchenaid stand mixer-WHILE IT WAS ON! 🤣 exactly what I was warning my child not to do!! I was laughing-But thankfully no limbs or digits were lost or damaged😆. Per the instructions we haven't tried them out yet as we put them in the oven, turned it off & FORGOT about them & we will give them a taste later this morning. I am going to add to my Baking items the things I've seen you using from Amazon per ur link below, AND will be watching every HOW-TO video u have, binge-Baking videos & then baking. Hope I can pull some decent bakes off, wish me luck!💕 Cheers!

Have you heard of Pavlova? A favourite dessert of Australia and NZ. You just made it without enough sugar. For that much egg white it’s about 3/4 cup sugar added. Then it’s baked at 120c for about 60 mins then left to cook in oven. Much nicer than slightly sweetened egg white.
It's possible mixing in the food coloring causes it to be over mixed so it won't fluff the same due to mixing it more. I enjoyed your video :) I haven't tried it. I'm worried I won't like it lol Thanks for your honest review.
We made cloud bread a few years ago. It’s the egg version of like a La Croix. You wanted a soda, don’t like water so settled on water with a hint of flavor. Cloud bread taste like fluff with a weird aftertaste of egg.
It did not work because u forgot corn flour.. 😯 Real recipe. 3 large eggs 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp 1 tbsp cornstarch and vanilla and food due (optional) Bake it for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees Make sure you whip the egg whites then add the sugar in little bit by bit and then add the rest in :) And that is how I made mine!! It worked very well
It is very similar to making a souffle. I used to make the best souffles..but I hated the taste of them. I cooked them professionally and people loved them. 💕
