hey colin!! struggled a lil bit more doing the sea in this one but really impressed with how it turned out! you had so much insight and i really appreciate how you brought joy to this house's lockdown! xx
@@colinwalters5281 Sir are you there on Instagram? I tried searching you there 😊🌸🌹💐 I really loved how you explain so nicely. Thanks so much for explaining so nicely 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I'm so glad that I've found your channel here. Your tutorials are great. I'm a beginner in watercolors and thanks to people like you, Geoff Kersey, Charles Evans, Keith Whitelock I really learn. I hope you don't mind that I listed you among other great artists. Thank you again a lot!
Do you tape your paper down to a board? Or do you use something else? I've been watching your videos and I'm trying to figure out how you prepare your paper.
Hi Bonnie, wet both sides of your paper with a large flat brush allow the water to soak in,turn it over so you can see the picture side and brush flat with a large flat brush brush any air pockets out and this will keep it flat.Air pressure alone will make it stick to the board.Hope this helps
For the life of me I can't understand how your paper stays so uniformly wet and for so long! I just don't ever have that happen, no matter the paper I choose.
Wet back and front use plenty of water dont skimp lol, when you have painted the area you wanted to,re wet the unpainted half as you move down the page this will stop it drying out ,,hope that makes sense
