      Static stretching has a ton of short and long term benefits! If you don't already do it after your workouts, I highly suggest you start to. Some benefits include: decreasing delayed onset muscle soreness, enhancing muscle recovery, improving flexibility, pain relief, joint stability, and more!

      Hey, can I do these stretching exercises after I go home? I mean, after an intense workout, can I go home and do it, or should I do it immediately in the gym?

    I had severe back pain, couldn’t figure out why, tried a chiropractor, tried a doctor. Chiropractor didn’t help. Doctor tried telling me nothing was wrong. Figured I’d give stretching a try fell upon your videos and it completely changed my life. I use this every single day even if I don’t work out my back that day. I work in construction so on my rest days after work after being on a ladder all day this feels amazing as well. Thank you!!!

      Jim Bartley especially when 98% of workout channels are 8 minute videos where you get 90 seconds of advice while rest is a product sponsor or irrelevant joking around.

    I’m 19. Always had neck pain my entire life while trying to sleep. Thought it was my shitty mattress. Turns out I needed to stretch. Thanks a lot man.

    amazing, i have been doing Zumba for a week now, and my back hurt really bad. I did try a couple of other stretches to get off the pain and stiffness, but nothing seems to work. Until now, my back is considerably better by doing it only once. Going to today it every day now.
