@@sheen90864y I don’t see why not. Some people believe that you shouldn’t do inversions at that time (although it’s controversial) but there are no total inversions here.

@@PornstarJerome most likely no, they just keep doing it to practice and it is a relaxing workout so when your posture is improved it becomes easy and enjoyable, perfect for a good morning if you ask me

@@PornstarJerome yes it does, it strengthens the muscles and helps you keeping a great posture, i have noticed that when I am doing workouts for posture it is easier to walk straight and not bend your spine but when I stop doing them (a little bit after that) it is harder to keep a good posture, because your muscles need streching and strengthening😁😁
You literally saved my back ! For 6 months I had this pain each morning that could last for hours and after X-Rays and many physiotherapist sessions I was wondering if I would have to spend my whole life in a perpetual fatigue state : no! Thanks to you, I'm happy to wake up in the morning and I feel powerful again!!

Amazing 🤩 I found that regular yoga caused my hips and lower back to feel better, and no longer needed chiropractic treatment.

I’ve been doing Sarah Beth’s routines for years but always come back to this one. It’s the video that got me into yoga.
I've been doing this video for 2 weeks now, almost every day, and every time I can feel myself getting stronger and standing taller. Not only that, but I hear new things every time I do it, which makes me aware of how much you miss by doing a yoga video only once. Awesome routine!

Since retirement, I've been enjoying leisurely starting, and sometimes ending, each day with one of your videos. This posture sequence is my favorite, especially in the morning. Recently I went in for an annual physical and discovered that I had regained that one inch I had lost over the years. All the way back up to 5'1"! Mainly, I'm just a little less "scrunched up", which can't be bad! It is probably a combination of a few good habits in which I finally have time to indulge, but I feel intuitively that this stretching and breathing is one of the main reasons I am walking taller, literally! A heartfelt thank you for what you do.
Amazing how much better we can stand and move in every day life with regular yoga 🤩

Hi! I have a really bad posture, my shoulders are rounded and I have been suffering from back pain every once in a while for couple of weeks. I decided I'll try working on bettering my posture and found your video. From the first time I already feel better.. I didn't even know yoga felt this good. I had been suffering from cervical pain since more than 2 years, and somehow, with time it became so much worse that by the evening, I had no energy to sit. Coming to this routine, just about halfway through the routine and my cervical pain is almost negligible. I can sit all day comfortably (as I have to study for my upcoming exams), and don't even wake up with pain in my neck. Can't thank you enough 🙏❤️
I work from home so I’m sitting at a desk 8 hours a day. When you are sitting for so long sometimes you forget your posture. Eventually I started to get this knot at the nape of my neck and it became increasingly hard for me to turn my head and just an overall stiffness started happening. Lol I did this sequence once and the knot on my neck has reduced and my neck has actually elongated. I’m going to make this apart of my morning routine and add a new secondary sequence daily. This was amazing!

I have been doing this video for 3 days so far and I felt a difference on the very first day! I struggle with neck and shoulder tension from being a new mom, and this has helped reduce my pain dramatically. Thanks!

Soleil Sierra it definitely works! You just have to do it for a while. I try to do it in the morning after I wake up. That way, I feel more refreshed. However, I recently rekt my back by lifting too heavy a weight, so now I can’t really do anything for a couple weeks until it gets better

This video is one of my favorite ways to start my morning. I can definitely feel an ever so subtle yet POWERFUL difference everytime I do it. My body stacks in a healthy way and my glutes and core get so activated.

This is one of my favorite go-to yoga videos. Over the last few years, I have gone back to it for another round of a month or so. I have regained and 1" I had lost to return to 5'1"! My doctor was impressed. I doesn't sound like much, but an inch is an inch. Seems this helps me develop the habit of good posture.
I've had bad posture all my adult life. Exercise has helped, but nothing compares to this routine. This has also been my introduction to Yoga and I feel I couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you so much Sarah Beth!
I'm so weak and recovering from a surgery across my abdomen. Spending so long in bed really messed up my back, but I'm looking forward to doing this to start each day.
Thank you for sharing this. I have watched a few of your videos, but this is my favorite. Around age 10 I developed kyphosis and was prescribed a full back brace. As a girl going into middle school, I just couldn't wear it. I told myself at 29 I had to fix my back. It was causing week long headaches and ibs. A little over a year of almost daily stretching has cured my headaches and IBS. People have noticed my improved posture and unexpected weight loss. I hope that other pain suffers realize how 10 mins a day can do a world of good. Thank you again Sara Beth!
Wow that's amazing, and I can't believe it had an effect on your IBS. Definitely keeping that in mind, I never considered posture as a factor in it but of course that makes total sense.

This is amazing! I haven't been able to stand straight for almost 30 years. Neglected posture seemed frozen in a slouch. I did the routine yesterday for the first time and today I was walking straight. I did it again and am going to continue daily forever! Thanks a million!
The first time I did this I felt like she was going way too fast, but even by the second time I was able to catch on by just listening and not looking at the screen to often.
I've just completed day two of this sequence. It's really started to help me particularly in becoming more conscious of my posture. Sarah Beth's clear, concise way of guiding us through each step has made it easier for me to follow and to correct my positions than classes I've taken in person.
That little dance always makes me smile even though I have been seeing this video for a week
As a man who works on concrete floors all day long and weightlifts about 4 times a week I found this very helpfull and her inspiring.

I’m only 17 but I already have a slightly hunched back and slight scoliosis, I’m going to start doing yoga to help with my posture and doing this just for once already made me feel a lot better🥰

OH said this was the best ever yoga practice he's ever done.
It's definitely going up high on my personal play list.
Just what we both needed to set ourselves up before bed. No more cricked neck or slumped spine.
Ps. It's also kind of cool to see how your channel has developed over time. I kind of love the fridge in the background of this one, it's shows just how real you are.

I've been getting back pain ever since I started working from home. I'm going to do this today!!
I revisited this sequence this morning. It was like spending time with an old friend. It's the first sequence I did on a daily basis years ago, when I actually DID gain an inch in my 5'1" stature. I didn't grow. I just began to stand up straight...and feel better. Color me a happy senior citizen.
I've been revisiting this routine recently. It's one the very first Sarah Beth routines I did, starting about 10 years ago. I actually DID gain and inch back in my height. All the way back up to 5'1" again. What really struck me was that when I first did this I had a real problem clasping my hands behind my back. My shoulders were not having it. Now, after ten years plus, I do that very same move with the greatest of ease. If nothing else, it's good to be able to actually feel how much better I feel.
My friends, family, and classmates have told me of my bad posture. I've never tried yoga before, because i thought it wouldn't be needed as i am only 13. My height is around 5'8, but i feel like i'm taller and stronger after only a day of doing this, thank you so much!

I just have to say, I'm not much of a yoga person and never really could get into it. I've been wanting to work on my posture for a while now and this video was perfect! Very calm and soothing and extremely easy to follow for someone who doesn't know much about yoga!

It's so weird, I literally woke up this morning and it felt like my left shoulder was slanted lower than my right, and my spine was crooked, so I knew I needed to do some posture correction. I also need to find healthier sleeping posture.

i love this video! i started out a few months ago by doing this video daily for 14 days and really noticed an improvement in my kyphosis posture. i've been doing other SarahBeth videos and will add in this flow every so often, it's great to feel how much stronger my back and shoulders have become with daily (almost daily!) yoga practice! thanks for the great tips, encouraging words, and positive attitude.

I'm going to do this as best I can starting tomorrow. I really hope I can improve my posture, when I started to gain weight in my breasts, I noticed a really bad hunched back. My back just isn't strong enough to support my breasts with less shoulder and neck action. I am going to do this everyday for a month.

This is such a great video! I've had two spinal fusions due to scoliosis (which I read you have as well), and I have a lot of pain in my shoulders. Yoga helps so much! And this video is especially great! I developed kyphosis after my first surgery so I have a lot of problems with my posture and I've noticed a big difference since doing this routine. I've been following your videos for some time and you're a great teacher! Congrats on how far you've progressed! :)
