I appreciate that you don't "preach" during your routine but that you focus on the moves, in a normal, non-ethereal voice. Every time you remind to be mindful that I am not shrugging my shoulders, I look around the room to see where you are. How did you KNOW I was shrugging my shoulders!?!
This helped sore and stiff parts in the upper body area. It’s amazing what these poses can pinpoint on different areas including very small ones. Thank you for the reminder about the breathing during practice, always need that.

Yes! Posture correcting routines are NEEDED in the wintertime here in the Midwest. Cold weather = hunched/stiff shoulders. Thanks for this and all other great videos!

Great start to the third day of the #monthofyoga. I aim for 10-30 minutes of yoga daily (and 60 minute+ sessions are an added bonus), but this is reminding me to get on to my mat as soon as I get up.

Day 3 of #monthofyoga complete this time I did this one and did the 20min one right after just to push myself today. I enjoyed it and I enjoy this journey.

finish the 3nd day of challenge! something makes its hard to waking up today and I feel terrible and lonely, I was looking through my feeds I remeber that I haven't done this challenge today and it does makes me feel better and hopefully for the rest of the day!
Thanks Sarah Beth! I use this routine all the time. One question... with any yoga routine, the first time I move from forward fold to mountain, I get pretty lightheaded. Is there anything I can do about that?
Hi Emily! You can either inhale on the way up & focus your gaze on one spot in front of you as you rise OR take 2 breaths as you rise, inhaling halfway up then stop and exhale and inhale the rest of the way up. does that make sense? That should help!
Loved the stretches. Really difficult to me. I have super tight shoulders. But I know that just means I need to do it more often. Didn't love the music though.
Sarah, I love your videos and have been using them for about 3 years now. Please can you make videos with and without music as some of the track choices are very off putting and often don't blend with the practice.

This is more of a massage for your posture, I was hopping to find a strengthening posture routine. None the less great 10 mins well spent!
Boy, did I need this! I found all sorts of tension and tight muscles during this routine. I will definitely do this again.

Cought up to day 3! (Did 1,2 and3 cause i was away). Love this routine, did it a few weeks back and it felt as good as this time.
