Atrract day 13🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, the perfect way to start the day, my old girl 🐶 joined me today so it was an extra special practice. 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I never thought I would feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing a "fitness" video of any kind. I had friends who tried to get me to do workout videos and go to the gym and do hardcore cardio and it was just never right for me. I never felt like I was gaining more than just soreness and sweat. I have been consistently practicing through your videos for about 6 months now and I have never felt happier with myself and my body. You are fun and kind and I always feel good both in mind and body when I finish a video. You always give us lots of options, which I love! Also, I have severe joint pain in both knees, and since I've been consistently doing your vids, I haven't had any pain. It's incredible. Thank you for everything! I have noticed my body wanting to sit up straighter and with more integrity...it's becoming the normal shape that my spine wants to be in, as opposed to a slump. Thank you for the mental and physical boost I get every day!
Adriene, you're amazing! Thank you! You transformed my life and my attitude to yoga completely! I've been practicing yoga for a couple of months and I feel how my body has improved. Though I every time I practice a shoulder stand I get a sever lower backache, which lasts for a couple of minutes. I've never had any injures. Could you please possibly consider showing or giving any tips on how do you do a shoulder stand right, so to avoid any injures?
I can't believe I've only just found this video - it's so helpful and I'm absolutely going to be taking on this way of thinking into my yoga. Thank you
Greetings from Singapore, Adriene! I love your videos! I used to push myself so hard to achieve those difficult poses and rush for the final ending pose, and a lot of times, I was putting my body in great pain and stress. Thanks for emphasizing the importance of correcting our poses and listening to our body. You are such an inspiration, and I wish I could start practicing with you three years ago when you started RUclips channel.
Absolutely adoring your channel even though I am very much a beginner. I am wondering if you could possibly make a playlist for migraineurs? Blessings to you.
Hi Adriene just checking your old videos for a healthy posture, I have struggled with that since I'm a little girl, but I want to improve my posture. Could you make a new practice for it? Much love!!! Thanks😘
ATTRACT ⚡ | August 13, 2024 | I'm on my fifth year of daily Yoga with Adriene, and today was the first time I've encountered this one! Amazing! My posture has improved so much since starting my daily practice on the mat! 🙏
Awesome yoga Adriene. 🧘♀️ I love my daily yoga with you, you have taught me so much. Yoga has helped my posture, my mind, and my Fibromyalgia. Yoga has seriously changed my life in all the best ways. Thank you so very much Adriene. Have a great rest of your day. Attract Day - 13 l 🦋❤️🦋 l August 13, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, I'm so happy to return to the Hatha Yoga Mat. This is my first time in this session and I have been a part of the community for 3 - years. It is refreshing and energizing with tension relief in the shoulder girdles which I experience often as a virtual professor at my desk grading. Now, I'm ready to return to grade. Thank God for yoga. Thank YWA for this session! Best wishes everyone! 🦋❤️🦋
Every time I finish one of these videos I think, "It's over already?! I just started!" Even the ones that last 45 minutes. This is truly my happy place.
What I love about these old videos is seeing how beautifully the plant collection has grown over the years... A visual representation of what doing these videos feels like on the inside ^^,

I started during lock down as well. I hate that covid happened but at the same time I got some good things out of it. It really forced me to take a hard look at how I was treating myself.
This is the first real yoga practice that I've been able to do in about one month. I am on the verge of tears, because the last month has been filled with so much physical pain, that landed me in the ER last week. Things that were easy for me one month ago take so much more strength and effort now. I am grateful for my body's ability to move, and feel more care in how I move it. I have to admit that I'm a bit fearful about getting back into yoga, but it's something that has brought me so much joy. Maybe, it's in moments like these, that I truly must learn, and embody, what it means to "Find what feels good". I have so much gratitude for how much vulnerability people have expressed in the comments sections of Adrienne's videos. Thank you for having room for mine.
Adriene, I started doing 30 days of yoga because of my back pain. I`m only at day 8 now but I already see some positive results - my back pain is almost gone! I love your videos and you look like a really nice, positive, beautiful and inspiring person. Keep on the good work. Lots of love from a small Slovenian youtuber, Tina
chetinaplant Oh I have the hills and the valleys but I try! This community and this connect reminds me to stick with it and find the rewards. Thank you. Love to you Tina. xoxo
I accidentally quit yoga for 3 months and noticed my posture has gotten so much worse, my headaches returned as well. Thank goodness for Yoga With Adriene, not sure if I could get back into it without these videos. ❤❤ Thank u Adriene!
I've been out for a couple of days, and it seems so long I couldn't wait to join my yoga family. I really needed this one a lot of tension in my body from traveling. Thanks very much, Adriene . Love my yoga family. ❤❤Namaste
Starting up a new routine today (still the same run in yoga), so one on literally standing tall feels like a good metaphorical place to begin. Really liked the detail of rotating the pelvis while in side angle, I'm going to keep that in mind in future poses. Day 532 of the current run.
Hi Adriene I'm 59 years old and have only just started really getting involved in yoga. I have to say I am really enjoying your videos and am finding that I am able to do movements which seemed impossible not that long ago. For a woman like me who has lost an enormous amount of weight (40kg, thank you), it is such a wonderful confidence builder to feel as though my body is finally happy with me :) Thanks and keep up the great work.
Dear Adriene, I love how positive you are. I've learned so much since starting my yoga journey, and I can't wait to get better! Starting out with one of your videos at the beginning of the day always puts me in a great mood & helps me feel positive!

Adriene, I have been an on and off yogi for most of my adult life but since doing your 30 days yoga challenge I've finally settled for a daily yoga routine. I have a quite serious case of scoliosis and, to my great delight, I've noticed lately that my back problem is getting less visible and it's also less painful! People close to me remarked this as well and I've also got compliments for my improved posture. By the way, would be great if you could make a yoga for scoliosis (or other similar conditions) video. From Europe with love, Alexandra
Atttract day 13: this practice was a little hard because I’m sore from the gym. I do think coming back to this practice from time to time will help me with my foundation. Thank you Adriene Namaste 🙏🏽
After a few years of practicing yoga, it is amazing to revisit posture foundations and find out how much better you can feel by pating attention to details you might end up overlooking when rushing to the next pose during regular practice!
I have to say, I just did this video and I have a very problematic back, and recently I found out my neck is just as bad. This helped to ease some of the constant pain I feel on a daily basis and I do feel like I sat a little taller by the end of it. Thank you!
Thank you so much Adriene! I usually say thank you at the end of your videos, but not sure you can hear from across the ocean, so Thank You!!! 🙏 Your fun, nourishing, witty yoga sharing is so much appreciated :)
I went scrolling to find a short 15 to 20 mins RUclips video and came across this one. It was great to slow down, and focus on doing the shapes. Thank you Adriene. 💜🙏😊
I was looking for a new short video for a morning practice. Been quite lazy in the last six months of winter. This was an unexpected workshop rather than a short flow but it has certainly clicked my joints as I tried to really engage core and dunder! When l don’t just blast through an old established routine it’s a real eye opener. Thanks for this.
Hi, can anyone help with this doubt, so when doing child's pose, I feel like I am pressing my stomach on to top of the thighs and feels bit uncomfortable. Is it normal and will get used to it or am I supposed to leave some space between the thighs for the stomach to not fall on the thighs. Thank you so much for the help!
if you find regular child's pose uncomfortable, a wide legged child's pose might be better for you. instead of laying on the tops of your thighs, you bring your knees wide, around hip width or more apart, with big toes to touch. it's a little intense in the hips, but I prefer it a lot more to a regular child's pose! in regular child's pose, it is normal to lay your stomach on top of your thighs, since it's a restorative pose. whatever is more comfortable just depends on your body!
@@katherines.511I agree, sometimes I find regular child’s pose a bit claustrophobic, I sometimes opt for the open legged version when I feel really tight in the lower back
Lovely reminder here, and always Adriene you bring the love combined with true body awareness. Also, can you please bring back that sweet T-shirt design? Would love to add that to my collection! Namaste all 😋🙏
I've been trying to stay showing up on the mat, but after a month of not doing it, I feel my posture is worsening. Since yesterday I came back, showed up two days in a row. And today practice was exactly what my inner voice was claiming. Thank you a million Adriene for this invaluable gift.
excellent! even though i ve been doing yoga with you for about 2 years, it was only with this video that i fully understood what you were saying (like how to "claw through the fingertips"). i would welcome more videos of tips for moves you use, and videos of posture improvements. also i'd love to hear more often about the energetic body. love you adriene!
Dear Adriene I started doing yoga about 6 weeks ago and I have recently been watching your videos. I have been having lower back problems for over 2 years now due to sport injury. I've gone through several physical therapies but have helped little. I join you in your videos and follow along. Your lower back pain videos have helped to relief pain for the day. It would be amazing and mean a lot to me and others who have this problem if you can help us with stretches that relief lower back pain or even body tension in one of your upcoming videos. Love your work, thank you. - Adrian Sandoval
Hi Adriene, today I am celebrating 120 days of yoga, and each one of them has been spent with you. I love how you explain the poses and I love your light hearted spirit. Yoga has given me a lightness of mind, spit and body. For that I thank you. Lorraine
I have a request. I love your channel Adriene, it’s been life changing. I have a lot of stress at work, with long hours, different locations (film), lots of lifting and running around, and I sometimes find myself getting to the end of the day with so much tension in my solar plexus, lower lungs and stomach that it gives me terrible indigestion, even IBS and difficulty breathing. This is coming from the combination of all the things I have to do at work. I’m sure I’m not the only person with such a busy, energetic and on your feet job, and you’ve sort of skirted around this particular problem, many of your videos help, and collectively help a lot, but you’re so amazing I wonder if you could dedicate one to us active, fit, busy, tired achy workers?
This was a great length of video to tackle only about 3 poses in depth. Can you do more of these, just a mini warm up and two similar poses? Thanks for all your time, energy, and knowledge!
That was a brilliant video, I loved it ❤ my body feels so much more awake and alive . I have Fibromyalgia and struggle a lot with pain in my back . So this video really helps my joints and my spine . Thank you so much Adriene for giving me the gift of yoga. 🧘♀️ And the gift of a Less painful life . Thank you keep up all the good yoga .🧡
Two years of daily yoga with Adrienne and still showing up! I love the authentic, intrinsic, feel good motivation! I bring yoga to my students daily (5th graders need brain breaks!), and thank you for your approach to all things positive!!!
I believe I started practicing yoga (with Adriene!) about a month ago, and I was amazed with how much I enjoy it! I'm not an athletic person at all so that's a pretty big deal. I randomly searched for yoga videos and found yours and thank goodness! The way you teach it is exactly what I needed to stick with it. I even told myself not to worry if I don't do it very often but I've done something every day (except the second day since I was a bit sore) even if it's just something quick! I was wondering if you have any yoga tips for healthy knees, sort of like the healthy wrists video. That seems to be the one place I forget about but I've noticed needs more attention, especially since knee problems run in the family. Anyway, thanks for everything and namaste!
I love the mind body connection I have been developing over the last few months. My yoga during started as a new years resolution to do yoga everyday for a month. I was surprised by how much it helped me not just with stretching and strengthening but also helping me deal with stress and having a happier outlook on life. Thanks for being the daily change in my life.
Hi Adriene, I have been following you for about 6 months now. I used to live in a town with a great yoga studio but I now live remote and don't have one. I follow you am do lots of your videos but this is my first comment I've left. I really enjoy your teaching style! I found this video very helpful and liked how much depth you gave such simple postures. Thanks for sharing!
Just want to say thank you for these videos! I'm a mom of two toddlers and it's hard to find the time to move my body. I used to love LOVE love yoga when I was single and free lol. These short videos are really helping me get back into it. Thanks again!
Dear Adriene I just want you to know that I follow your videos and that all of your content is needed. I like watching your latest guided exercises, but digging through your discography( I know that the wrong word I cant think of anything else to call it though lol ) is like searching through boundless treasure. They all have so much to help people become more in tune with their bodies and stress free.
I couldn't be more happy or grateful for YogaWithAdriene. I have terrible posture and back pain from years of letting it go, slouching, and hiking with heavy backpacks.I wasn't a fan of yoga until my mom recommended your 30 Day Workout, which I completed, and found myself wanting more every day! Your videos actually make me feel human again! I can feel muscles in my back slowly coming back to life and feel much more comfortable with my body and how it moves. I think I actually prefer a yoga session to a massage or chiro. appt. REQUEST: I love every posture and back video you have already, but any chance you can do one for rebuilding strength in the upper back (especially the place between the shoulder blades), neck, and side back muscles - sort of the upper core? So many gym workouts pull my muscles so tight in front and ignore the huge muscles that dictate good posture in the back.
It's my 280th day in the books of my yoga routine...it have become a part of my life n improved my body structure n the perspective of how i view my life ...so i thank u for that ...glad to have u by my side...
This is my first Yoga with Adriene video. I've never encountered a yoga video quite like this and I really liked it. I have been doing very basic yoga for over 20 years and have recently begun to expand my practice and commit to a daily dose. It really is life changing, but so many channels - even those with routines for beginners - don't take the time to really get into the nitty gritty like you just did. Besides being a creative and spiritual person, I'm also an analytical person who thrives on understanding the science and structure behind the yoga practice. From this first video, I'm thinking you checked all the boxes. Thank you for sharing your work. Namaste.
Thank you for clarifying so many aspects of these poses, with the emphasis on the spine. My in-person yoga teacher used to say, "Young spine, young you." I think he is right.
Thank you, my beautiful friend... I've been with you on this journey for some time now, and I must say you are an extraordinary companion to have... I feel blessed and forever grateful to be able to share this experience with you...🙏🏾❤️
Do you have a full yoga sequence for posture? Something with the goal post or something akin to wall slides? I'd like to spend around 20 minutes each day working on it & you're the only yogi I can follow! 🙏🏼
I'm so glad I found your RUclips channel~and I've done a couple videos in the past (of your & a few others)but gravitated more to yours to stick with. I'm a "newbie" to yoga. if you find regular child's pose uncomfortable, a wide legged child's pose might be better for you. instead of laying on the tops of your thighs, you bring your knees wide, around hip width or more apart, with big toes to touch. it's a little intense in the hips, but I prefer it a lot more to a regular child's pose! in regular child's pose, it is normal to lay your stomach on top of your thighs, since it's a restorative pose. whatever is more comfortable just depends on your body!
Namaste all 😋🙏
love this. so chill :) thank You
Good morning dear Adrienne, Just done with this healthy posture Yoga and this was awesome! A good short stretch to begin the day.. God bless you ❤.
This is nice, would love if Adriene would create an entire yoga for posture video (or series!)
Dear Adriene
I started doing yoga about 6 weeks ago and I have recently been watching your videos.

I really enjoyed this. I could feel space opening up between the vertebrae (crackle pop, lol); very opening and livening.
I love coming back to these videos! They help me continue to work on my foundations and breath work!
Redundant? More like re-dunda-ant 😂
This was a great length of video to tackle only about 3 poses in depth. Can you do more of these, just a mini warm up and two similar poses? Thanks for all your time, energy, and knowledge!
Julia Moss Yes! Thanks for the feedback love.
Let’s do another. That was like a great refresher on form and measurement. Thanks 🙏
Non stop talking for 3 minutes. This isn't a podcast its supposed to be relaxing ffs
Day 13 of august ❤️🙏🏼 day 1261
Day 9 August 2024.... thanks for being here ❤❤❤❤
Done on August 13th 2024 🤍
Anyway, thanks for everything and namaste!
simfreakk32 Namaste my friend! Way to dig in. Keep goinggg!
❤thank you❤Adriene ❤
Videos would be improved with less talking and more poses.

Great Video!
Namaste.
This has to be my favourite style of instructional yoga video ever.
I have posture issues and I really would like to work on it ! So thanks a lot for this video Adriene !!
I feel blessed and forever grateful to be able to share this experience with you...🙏🏾❤️
Great foundational practice I keep going back to again and again. Thank you, Adriene!
Thanks, Adriene! Everything I need, I know I can find on your channel.
Do you have a full yoga sequence for posture? Something with the goal post or something akin to wall slides? I'd like to spend around 20 minutes each day working on it & you're the only yogi I can follow! 🙏🏼
I didn’t know it was a « tip » video first, but it was nice to have a break and get back to basic. Thank you !
I'm so glad I found your RUclips channel~and I've done a couple videos in the past (of your & a few others)but gravitated more to yours to stick with. I'm a "newbie" to yoga. My fitness level is more weight training and some cardio however I see the importance of adding in yoga to my life & feel I need it a couple times a week. I'm looking forward to doing/watching many, many more of your videos!!👏🏻👍🏻Thank you!!🤗👸🏼
Good day, that is my greeting on all emails & spoken when meeting someone. You & your practice have helped me have a healthy start to my days for about two years. The combo of humor, humility, skillful direction, and love you give to me & other Yogis is priceless. Thank you so much. Take care Tom , Florence, MA
Thank you Adriene, namaste x
Doing yoga from your channel with my mom currently! Her body is often sore and she is extremely stressed (so stressed that she gets frequent nose bleeds) so I'm glad I can do something like this to help relax her a bit.
Thanks Adriene for your tips and encouragement 👐🏼👐🏼
I just finished a 2-hour class and this is so nurturing for my spine. AWESOME 😎😎
đienn liên Oh, I am so glad. Take good care!
Warmest greetings from Sweden. You help me make my day every morning now. I am so happy for that. Thank you!!
