Ive read a lot of comments saying this helped their back pain and now it’s my turn. I’ve had a sore back this week and did some heavy lifting today, but after this video I have almost no back pain. Thank you thank you💕
This is literally my favorite video you’ve ever uploaded! You have no idea how much this has helped my back pain. I’ve been going to the chiropractor for 4 years & have been dealing with chronic back pain since 2018. My biggest mistake was not moving my back enough & with this video, it really allows me to practice healthy back movements to make the cushions between my discs more spongy to allow more flexibility & healthy joint movement. Thank you so much!! I do these exercises every morning when I wake up.
may you prepare a 5 minute yoga routine that can be done anywhere (like work, transit) to relieve tension/stress?!

This is the second video of Ariannas that I've done and I love her! They are perfect at the end of the day because she encourages me to loosen my joints and wiggle with what I got. This one in particular showed me some fun new moves. Can't wait to do more!

I didn't know what to expect, wanted something gentle this morning and this was just the thing. I feel great now. I like this length a lot too. Fifteen to twenty five minutes are my kind of length. Thank you!

Thank you, Arianna! This felt delicious in my spine. Would you by chance be able to make the same sequence but with much longer time for each pose? I know I can pause and hold for as long as I want but I really don’t want to keep pausing and playing 😅
