    Can I take these smoothies as dinner without the fruits as fruits should not be consumed in evening? We have dinner at 7 pm. Or as lunch at 11.30 or 12. We eat twice a day only.

    Nisha ji,I love all the recipes you shared.I have one confusion In the last recipe you used the same water in which you soaked the oats. Normally you always rinse the oats. Can we use the same water or we should not. Please tell 🙏
