    Join me in a gentle and easy chair yoga session for everyone-whether you’re a beginner, have mobility challenges, or simply want to add some gentle movement into your day. This 26-minute practice is designed to help you relax, stretch, and reconnect with your body, all from the comfort of your chair.
    What You’ll Experience:
    Warm-Up: We’ll start with a gentle warm-up to loosen up your muscles and prepare your body for deeper stretches.
    Seated Stretches: Enjoy a series of easy, seated yoga poses that target key areas like the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. These stretches are designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and increase circulation.
    Mindful Movements: Move through a calming flow that incorporates deep breathing and mindfulness to help reduce stress and promote relaxation.
