I have both of these rackets and I find that the 100ZZ is good in power if you yourself hit really hard and I agree that the control is to die for. It most likely has to do with the solid core shaft since it really delivers in feedback. Its less forgiving to your smash form in power delivery due to the stiffness. 88S Pro is more forgiving towards different smash forms and very fast to defend or play net with. However, being more flexible and faster, its hard to control for sure. I use 88S Pro for doubles and 100ZZ for singles.
@@iimiboy I just bought a 4U racket with medium stiff shaft and around 300+mm. Removed the original grip and used an overgrip, weighted around 82gr and my hand can't get use to it yet, not to mention 100gr
I have the 100zz 4u and I 100% aggreed with the racket is control/defense oriented .. at least for type of player who is defensive/control. I been thinking for some time whether to get 3u or 4u for 88s pro.
Hello Mr. Joel, How do you compare between between astrox 88s and 88s pro both at 4ug5 racket ? also, in my case as an astrox 88s 4u i've been playin' with it for 1 year... if i need to upgrade , should i grab astrox 88s pro 4u instead ?
Hi there, it is a common phenomenon - to see a new item being up for sale. Many people got curious and were eager to get their hands on the new racket. but upon realizing it doesnt suit their play style, they put it up for sale. Remember that when it comes to high end rackets, there is seldom a good or bad racket. but it is more about suitability to one's play style.
I read on one of the reviews that this is a close call. But if you are an attacking and powerful player 88D pro is good. But if you rely on control, then 100zz is better.
@@David.Sameh_ i bought the 88s PRO now looking for another ! Out of the top of the line yonex what has the biggest sweet spot , user friendly and forgiving?
@@nagodio idk about the most forgiving If u want the most repulsion power 88d pro is the best and strongest out of any yonex racket and the most user-friendly relative to its power, (astrox 99 is also really strong there but is very high demanding when it comes to technique and timing) Astrox 100zz is really nice all rounder and can produce alot of power with good technique and isnt very demanding Nanoflare is very easy to menouver and very very speedy and can produce a very fast smash(not Powerful/ steep if no good technique)
I usually use NANOGY 98. it is value for money and a balance between durability and repulsion. Strings with better repulsion are BG66 Ultimax and Aerobite.

100 Zz recomended 3U/4U...

The repulsed feel of the 100zz is unmatched. It's "smoother '
ONE. HUNDRED. PERCENT!
What a very good review.. made me more confuse which one i should buy 😂.. guess i should take both of them lol XD
Different length 670mm vs 675mm.

theres really no need for an upgrade if u already have the 2nd gen 88s the pro is just slightly faster
how about 88s tour vs 88d tour ?
Good explanation. Anw im just wondering why there were so many 88s pro users selling back their rackets lately? Huhu thank you in advance

100 Zz vs 88 D Pro
I read on one of the reviews that this is a close call.

Where u buy racket here in sg sir?
Really 88s pro has more power than 100zz ? It's really surprised mee
particularly for smashing only.
i think the stiffness and the short shaft of the 100zz makes it a better racket to defend and drive.
First time I'm hearing this aswell, seen coaches and enthusiast reviews all saying 100zz is the most powerful with the 99 pro
Whats ur opinion on 99 pro vs 88 s
there are quite a few differences. but the main one would be this: The 88S provides a better smash.
Ax 100zz is better
Is it same feel ?....
its not the same. the 100 is very stiff while the 88s pro is more flexible. you can feel the contact much stronger in the 100zz.
88s pro vs duora 10 plz cant decide.
88s pro is newer and has newer tech and is faster, duoura 10 is less forgiving and lss fast
