Doctor my right knee got acl injury in 2012 but without surgery i am living with it and playing badminton and daily running 5 kms. Initially it took me 2 years to understand the situation where I got injured again and again like jumping, freezing of lower leg etc. Then I started avoiding some angles and jerks.
But on 12 June 2024, all my hardwork came to zero. As i fall from 10 feet height and to save my right knee I put pressure on my left knee. Due to force my left knee's acl got complete tear and medial Meniscus got bucket handle tear. There is no laxity in walking. I can easily climb up and down stairs.
Should I go for surgery now? Date of Surgery is 5 July.

Greetings Sir,
I have my ACL reconstruction in Mar 2020. After 5 years I had swelling on the same Knee. I was jogging as regular part of practice. Second day I got swelling. I went to the doctor and been advised for MRI. MRI report is saying ACL discontinus in mid part, PCL buckling and suggestive ACL graft failure. Please what to do in this case.
Doctors has advised for physiotherapy since clinically they can't see the change.

I got ligament injury in the year 2000 ,while practicing karate,, we had only one ortho in our small town back then ,,, he suggested crape bandage and few weeks rest ,,,

Mein pichhale 9 months se knee ligament injury se suffer kar rahi hun. Ye third time mujhe ye injury hui h. Chal fir lete but abhi bhi knee support lagana padta h n uneven surface par nahi chal paate.
