Love your videos. I have just started "thrifting" and have had some great finds/resales: Nespresso machine (bought $13, sold $50). Oscar de la Renta dress (bought $20, sold $50) and a Dresden antique perfume bottle (bought $3, sold $40). Thank you for your great instruction. I bought the Loupe you recommend, also. I feel so "pro."

Dr. Lori thank you again for such an interesting video. My grandmother had a powder and hair catcher set on her dresser. She kept bobby pins in the hair catcher. A hundred years from now things "we" do will be "why and weird". Just really enjoy your videos.
That tray with cup attached piece looks great for laying out your beads so you see what you have and spread it out while your doing jewelry or bead work. 🙂 love that 1

😮Always wondered about the gloves.....thanks informative. Got into the Thrifting because of my Grandmother. Am 77, but remembering when young, I would go with her to Rummage sales as she called them back then. Also to Auctions & Secondhand stores. Had planned to sell stuff online. Computer & printer died. We got rid of ATT internet was awful. Tried to get Verizon....ha ha they don't have it where we are ...we are right in the middle of all the Tech Firms.Being on fixed income, the costs if others just took much!!

Dr.Lori I have an 1886 print of Uncle Tom's Cabin and it has a signature, I believe it's also dated in 1886 by who ever signed it and also they wrote down something else above the signature but it's hard to tell what it says and who's signature it is. Can you help?
