I so agree -That piece was magnificent’! I have collected cameo’s ever since my mom gave me a pair of cameo clip ins from I believe great grandma and fell in love. I would cut yards at 12-13 til dark to make $$$ to buy silver and gold. 🤩

While shopping for rings mainly diamonds, I had my loop and all the clerks were like wow you carry that around? And I'm glad I did because the lighting they have in those glass cases make fake diamonds or diamond cuts look like real diamonds

I love these as they give us so much hope! Have you covered odd NOS/discontinued vintage items? Not sure what catagory this would fit under but here goes. I bought a package of NOS Schick razor refills (8 twin blade cartridges from 1989) at an estate sale for a $1.00 and sold them two weeks later for $74.99 plus shipping. There are just some weird things that folks would never guess have value. Just a thought. 😘

I've just happily found you! How can I get in touch with you for a video call? I have a rag doll all handmade and it has pantaloons and a slip under a long dress. The face is all made of stitches. I believe it must be from the 1800's. I bought it at an outdoor antique fair that was on a farm in Virginia. I bought it when I was 12 and I'm 66 now. I think you would find this doll just amazing. The best part is that it was made by a child. I had it looked at a while back and they pointed out that the stitches were most likely done by a child because women back then sewed very well because they made their own clothes. How much does the online appraisal cost and the video appraisal? I have a LOT of costume jewelry that belonged to my mother and Aunt. My brother tells a story that some of the Jewelry belonged to a Madame from a Brothel in Beaumont, Texas. I can't remember her name, but I can find out.
