      Thanks. We will use both grams and ounces for better understanding in the future. However, this series is focusing on low carbohydrate diet not calorie counting.

    Question do we produce zucchini broccoli in Nigeria and even if it comes from overseas it it’s costly poor man can’t not be able to buy it especially those in the rural area that has diabetes s high blood pressure as things are now in Nigeria people are eating anything their hand reaches this what the useless government we hv supose equip farmers to start b working s bringing out more foods for people lntroducing Agriculture bring out machines tractors to farm s bring out foods for people to feed and again the way our foods are processed nowadays than before are one of the causes of diabetes s blood pressure cancer etc for example cassava people eats everyday in the olden days before they eat it after harvesting it they take to the river or at home put it in water to ferment for five good days the saline that’s the sugar will come out as foam they washed it s processed it if u cooked it it doesn’t gv any trouble in ur body cos the fermentation has taken place but nowadays wt the hunger in the land after harvesting it the following day they cook it s eat that saline that sugar is still there it didn’t go out cos the fermentation did not take place after eating it u start urinating then you join it wt mineral multina or beer all those things are sugar too by the time u know it diabetes is knocking at ur door so everything we eat needs to go back to our for fathers the way the lived long stout all this processed of food we are eating now that is causing all this harm ok now all this bitters people are bringing out everywhere bitters the atanol used in it is un processed is Kai Kai they young people drinking those things are having kidney fallure beer full of sugar do u know it is processed just blocs we don’t hv government that’s why everything is like this look at palm kennel turned in groundnut oil they put in chamicals to change into groundnut oil after using it to cook it handlings ur arteries so many things government needs to change cos of the new generations coming up look at tomatoes before if u use it it will not do anything but now they put in sugar s other chemicals in tin tomatoes so food is the cause of all the sickness we are encountering in Nigeria blood our forefathers eat healthy live long but wt they way our food is processed life is full of sickness all those vegetables u listed are they in the village only in the town for rich people to buy there one mama l know when she is making her sauce she puts in utazi that is bitter she lived long what happened to our local vegetables bitter leafs which is medicinals s brings Dow sugar if it is too high now we are joking white people to eat broccoli s celery a village woman at home does she know what is broccoli or celery is a shame we are forgetting our culture
