Elemental Designs Elemental designs it’s quite prejudiced to say “Indian markets” and not even try to distinguish between Indian and Pakistani food!!! Most of the “Indian” markets in the USA are Gujarati and are solely vegetarian and do not have any of the dishes that we have in Pakistan ie: Nihari,pays,tak-tak etc which are all beef dishes! Indians do not cook or eat meat!
Shaurya Joshi It’s not that common in India...the ones in USA are primarily vegetarian as I live there and I know what the locals eat! There are number pics Pakistsni dishes that no one eats in India...
Shaurya Joshi No there are many other variations as well...like the Hazara district and even in The far North...there is a difference in terms of spices, heat etc as in Pakistani food we do not use as much spice...we also do not make dishes with paneer, coconut milk, vine leaves, certain vegetables etc...the only cuisine similar to Pakistani food is from Laknow which is a predominantly Muslim city. It is important to make a distinction between different food styles and I am trying to educate a NON south Asian so that they do not make broad generalisations!
- king- I’m not talking about balochi or Afghan cuisine...tak o tak is a Lahori dish and paya is also a Lahori dish! There are dishes from Muree/Hazara (kpk) where my family is from and we are Hindko speaking not Pashtuns! Don’t just generslize ok!!!

Elemental designs it’s quite prejudiced to say “Indian markets” and not even try to distinguish between Indian and Pakistani food!!! Most of the “Indian” markets in the USA are Gujarati and are solely vegetarian and do not have any of the dishes that we have in Pakistan ie: Nihari,pays,tak-tak etc which are all beef dishes! Indians do not cook or eat meat!
Shaurya Joshi
It’s not that common in India...the ones in USA are primarily vegetarian as I live there and I know what the locals eat! There are number pics Pakistsni dishes that no one eats in India...
Shaurya Joshi
No there are many other variations as well...like the Hazara district and even in The far North...there is a difference in terms of spices, heat etc as in Pakistani food we do not use as much spice...we also do not make dishes with paneer, coconut milk, vine leaves, certain vegetables etc...the only cuisine similar to Pakistani food is from Laknow which is a predominantly Muslim city. It is important to make a distinction between different food styles and I am trying to educate a NON south Asian so that they do not make broad generalisations!
- king-
I’m not talking about balochi or Afghan cuisine...tak o tak is a Lahori dish and paya is also a Lahori dish! There are dishes from Muree/Hazara (kpk) where my family is from and we are Hindko speaking not Pashtuns!
Don’t just generslize ok!!!
Shouts the Munchies editor for delaying the reveal of the son, voice over for 5 seconds and BAM. Got 'em!
Sounds like woman
Why is everything hidden in LA in the back of a gas station or a convenience store
Synthical PoppinZ cheap shops and cheap rent
like he said, gentrification
Gentrification. It's too expensive to build and run a normal restaurant which is a tragedy
Because what you see on tv does not relfect the hard working of LA. Mom and pop reaturants and businesses usuallly have some of the best food you ever tasted in your life!
All the love for you, Talha! Thank you for sharing your parents’ story so passionately. It was very inspiring! 💜
Was honestly expecting to see a woman when I heard that voice at 1:25
Yeah, his voice does not match how he looks lmao
Pakistani dude gay in LA Wats New
What a dame!
@@davidmaldonado9717 there is nothing wrong being gay. They enjoy their own way and they are more respectful. Fun is important in life, enjoy man.
@@salimbadruddin5706 im not pakistaní bro I could care less if dudes pecked other dudes but I bet his pakistaní family dont talk to them because of their gay son
I love how the couple looks after each other
So cute! Allah bless them with more happiness and health!
@no. there is a hard work that is not always being paid of mate, and ur career stuck on that point, unless u change ur career, islam call it fate and destiny, fate is made by human, destiny is already written in ur hand....there is always something that are metaphsyic like u give something to the poor and after that someone give money to you from out of nowhere...
@no. Lo ooooll say this on the day of judgment
I don't think Allah would be very happy with the way their son sounds..... Just being logical 😅
@@i_GiveFRUITS being logical in this earth is not always logical, can ask U how long human just live in this universe? in this vast universe there is a being that are much more smart, powerfull than a human....every history we learn human is always make a mistake....not just themself, human limitation is the energy of universe itself...and one thing, there is no word of "son" in islam
@@menggala30071981 Haha that's what you call a Nonvesation (Nonsense - conversation) 😂. Logically speaking.... You have no idea but tried to sound cool lol... "There is a being that are much more smart, powerful than a human" 😂. Were you trying to talk about the Nommo from Sirrius B?
They are wonderful, sweet and a beautiful family who ve built their business with pure hardwork and dedication. And their "Son" is an extraordinary example of mannerism, responsibility, a great communicator and so on. But most of all he acknowledges and has tremendous respect for his parents achievements.
After all these comments , I am ashamed of being a fellow human.
Please accept my apologies on behalf of all these ungrateful people.
They look kind and humble 🍀
What about the food !
Not really
I love their son. ❤
truth teller you can peg him. But he gay
me too
The son looks very happy while talking in front of camera and giving interview...😎😎😎
Moreover it looks great that some people are using hands for eating Biryani ( that's how it should be eaten and every food should be eaten like that )
It's not hidden, and this isn't a new concept. Businesses do this so they don't have to pay real restaurant taxes and fees, because they can list themselves as a food store.
Food looks great tho
Paul Stokes and thanks to VICE it isn’t so hidden anymore haha. They love making videos of these secret hidden “hole in the wall” places.
You have to admire them for getting around govt regulations.
To lose your premises and potentially your business and to restart how inspiring! I wish them all the success may Allah bless them with more ameen
At least he’s not selling drugs helping his family business unlike some people 😄
I see the husbands face saying "Someone Please Help Me!"😆
Fowzia and Fahim bhai are a wonderful loving down to earth couple. They are hardworking and always have a smile on their face. Wishing them all the very best.
Their son is a sweetheart!
At 0:33 she says On the phone that Fahim will call you in half an hour but the subtitles says 5 mins lol.
This answering the phone in the middle of anything is SUCH a familiar trait for me 😄
Husband was a cutie when he was younger!
Cute? You have an unorthodox interpretation of 'cute', lmao.
Phone and Tv interview. She's a great multitasker 😀
Man I used to go to this place when I was little and their Biryani was spicy af
Zam Zam market
0:32 the caption is wrong. She said she would call him back in 30 minutes not 5minutes
Son is so insightful.
There’s a term we use to describe things “gharelu” which means homely. This market is perfectly described with that term
Stop bullying the son’s way of speaking!!
Moaath MAS m
I bet you sound like him huh 😏
MusicUnderGround And so what if i do ??
Jot Grewal i don’t speak this way! But so what if someone is speaking with this valley girl accent!! I mean it’s not the end of the world! Live with it!

The mom and dad are such sweethearts. Pakistanis are very kind people❤️
Lol I just came from that place they're rude people
@@Steve_305 ok lindu skank
It's very touching how the son is so proud of his parents and heritage.
I want to cry, I miss this food so bad.
Great story, lovely hardworking Muslim American family.
Such a lovely and wholesome family!
Great content.
Love the confidence of the lady! She's a superstar!
agreed
Salute to this desi aunty❤❤❤
If you are from indian subcontinent, she will surely reminds you of your own mom.😍
Guys please let's not make fun of the son's voice.
It's a FAKE accent....if he was raised in Alaska, he would never sound like that....and would probably be unhappily married to a woman.
Yeah he's definitely light in the loafers haha
Dude is gay as fuck
