I had my first baby daughter several weeks ago. I'm going to be at home for a while with her because she's so young, but I'm happy in the comfort of my home, with my sweet baby in her swing next to me. I am working out every day now, and looking forward to coming back to myself after these past 10 months. ☺️
It's Monday morning and I just saved in my playlist November week 4 daily routine. I saw the 20-minute pilates routine to kick off the week and thought to myself "Oh...an easy one". Now I'm all sweaty after completing this short but effective routine. You gotta love Nicole

I have been in a long process of recovery from a deep injury. This injury has left what was once a very flexible body, riddled with scar tissue. Doing even one of these classes weekly, which has now bumped up to almost daily, has helped me regain so much mobility I thought I had lost. Of course when an injury is serious one must consult medical professionals, but, using holistic and interpersonal practices like this can, not only enhance any PT one has utilized, it can work in tandem for faster recovery. I just want to thank you Nicole for committing to this life style and then help guiding the rest of us in our own homes and daily walks of life. Your work is reaching farther by the day. Sincerely, from a dancer who has begun to dance again when she was sure she wouldn't.

Nicole, thank you so much for your work!!! A couple of months ago, I suffered an Achilles strain in both legs and had to stop all strength training and walking. For a few days, I lay around sadly without moving, and then I stumbled upon your channel. I had never done Pilates before, but I decided to try it to give myself at least some movement. For several weeks, I practiced with you every day (carefully managing the load on my feet), and I fell in love with Pilates! It’s amazing how different the experience is compared to regular strength training in the gym. During this time, my core has become much stronger, my flexibility has improved, and my overall smoothness of movement has increased-even the swelling in my body has gone down. Now I’m fully recovered and have resumed strength training, but I always alternate it with your workouts. I’ve tried to find other Pilates channels, but I keep coming back to you because of your smoothness (you never rush), your voice, the unobtrusive music, and the beautiful aesthetics of your surroundings and you, of course. I am truly grateful to you from the bottom of my heart!
I love starting out with a 20 minute warm up then adding on another intermediate class if I have time. Makes for an energizing day and I feel so much longer and taller after the morning stretch. Didn't feel like working out today but this class actually gave me more energy. I started your workouts when I was pregnant and came to absolutely love them. Hi I really liked pilates never tried this is the first time I do yoga exercises, running, free body exercises, I didn't think that even pilates like yoga was so intense in the muscles and I didn't think I was so tense I had a serious accident and I'm still and this video appeared and I did these exercises it helped me a lot with the back and muscles of the body I was too stiff now I feel much better thanks to you may God bless you love and blessings
