Very nice - I do this every day! Age 71 - VERY relaxing and also builds energy and flexibility.
I'm about to turn 70 and I agree. Almost the minute I started, my balance and flexibility that I've been slowly losing came back. Now I never miss a day.
@@jfhdragonfly Yes! It takes a little more effort at 70 but balance and flexibility are the key to graceful ageing. I focus on lower leg strength (body weight exercises) and keeping my spine flexible.

Wow, I’m 71 and 6 months post mastectomy (with 4 prior months of chemo 😖) and am feeling better than I have in decades. Nothing like facing death to make one appreciate life. ❤️ This practice is *exactly* what my body & spirit needs. My surgery has left me with some nerve damage and slightly less range of motion but I can tell these exercises will be of immense help. Love your style! Thank you…I’m excited to start my days with this.

Been exercising for years & I’ve just come to your channel as I do meditation. I am doing these exercises for myself however my son who is a spinal & brain Injury & I’m just trying your movements with his body. He thought I was slapping him yesterday when he heard his feet being slapped lol he made me laugh as he can’t feel anything, his brain however was telling him, he was smiling however he also did very well with breathing & he uses a ventilator.

Second day of doing your routine. 5 minutes yesterday and 6.5 this morning (one step at a time) . Going to sound like an old bearded hippy.. I do it naked. No clothing to restrict or pull as you move. The freedom is wonderful.

I am 30, before that I was engaged in sports and boxing all my life. Recently I got carried away with goju-ryu, kung fu and realized that I need to deepen my knowledge, feel the body.
