I didn't know how poop was toxic until I've got diagnosed with liver cirrosis. In final stages of that sickness, I had dementia symptoms because my liver didn't worked and I had to take and horrid medicinal syrup to help my body cleaning my blood. I trembled so badly that couldn't use a pencil anymore, don't remember words when I spoke and was not able to use my phone anymore. I needed somes trips at the hospital because I had poop in my intestines and it intoxicated my blood. I had to take prophylactic antibiotics for almost a year because if I don't, I had life threatening fever. All thoses symtoms were because some poop was in my intestines for more than 8h. Its very very toxic and we have no idea all the jobs ours liver do before it starts failing. I had a transplant last year, at days of dying of liver failure. I was lucky. Take great care of your body everyone because you don't know how mutch it's important before it's start failing.

Give thanks and I’m happy that you found out in time and take action. We have to take care of our bodies, if we don’t want to have all these illnesses and making so many trips to the doctor when in fact it’s just our way of eating . Some people have backed up poop in their system and the poisonous toxins from it can cause all those problems because the liver cleanses the blood before it’s taken to all the various parts of the body and if the liver is overworked and can’t do its job any more then we are going to end up with all these problems with toxins spilling out in the bloodstream affecting our brain, getting dizzy spells , fevers and even pain in the legs . So put the right stuff in your body and you will get good result.

I was doing Keto and IF before this and was in pretty good shape. The bowl obstruction, as it was explained to me was not do to constipation but a complication related to my appendix. I went out of my way to walk in the hospital and now at home i’ve built up to an hour on flat ground - I feel like I’m preaching to the choir but its so important to get your body moving and stay away from garbage processed foods and sugar / carbs.

Constipation has recently been confirmed as an early symptom of dementia. So many issues are linked to fast food and processed food. My mum just left us ... she was 98 with no illness, no arthritis - she lived on a restricted diet until late 1960s when the ration books finally disappeared in England then continued on a basic, bland but healthy diet out of choice. She had treats but they were occasional. She did eat lots of toast and cakes however - making up for lost time. She was still tiny in her final years but regularly suffered with constipation. It's all about the food!!!

My Mom's dementia started at 75. It could have started earlier but because she's always been so eccentric it was hard to notice. Her diet has always been bad. There's no value in the cracker aisle and that was her favorite place. Now I'm working to stop the progression. Keeping her away from sugar helps but with every bite, she says it needs sugar. 🥴 So glad you're Mom made it to 98. That's almost a miracle these day. 🙂

But if you're toxic with a toxic colon, colonics can only help by eliminating all that bad bacteria that has overtaken your colon. But once you've reached colon health and have more good bacteria than bad, colonics should not be done repeatedly. Anyway, just wanted to share, what I've read 🙏

Constipation is about your diet most of the time but once you are older you should be taking fiber pills and drinking far more water as dehydration is more than likely the problem. Fruits and veggies contain lots of water so when they hit the intestines the water is released and it acts like you drinking water.

Henry, of course, was not the only one eating at the Tudor court. In one year, meat consumption totalled 1,240 oxen, 8,200 sheep, 2,330 deer, 760 calves, 1,870 pigs and 53 wild boars and they drank 600,000 gallons of beer."

I've been going through major constipation issues since January of 2020. I've been to the emergency room three times, each time told that I was constipated, that it was not an emergency, and to follow up with my primary care physician, each time the bill was $12,000 to tell me to go to my primary. I have had ten different primary care physicians in the last three years, they tell me it's hard, we just don't know, and none of them followed up on anything. I was told I had lung cancer then told I didn't have lung cancer, told I have heart disease then told I don't have heart disease, told I had chronic kidney failure then told I don't have chronic kidney failure. I saw a new gastroenterologist last month, who ordered a defecography MRI, which I've had to wait a month and a half for the appointment. My bowels barely work at all now, I simply can't go no matter if I take laxatives, change my diet, or hydrate more. I feel so bloated I can barely breathe. Each day I get sicker and sicker and these doctors do nothing at all to help me. I'm so afraid that I have colon cancer. I feel like I'm going to die, and nobody is listening to me. Thank you for your informative videos.

From my research about colon therapy, the emphasis is not necessarily on cleansing out toxic poop in the colon or constipation which it does certainly do, but a theory that the thin mucous layer of the colon lining becomes hardened, darkened and builds up in successive layers over time especially when one eats an unhealthy diet or a diet which contributes to inflammation. It is suggested that sometimes, in very extreme cases, this mucoidal and sub-mucoidal fecal matter may be as thick as a quarter of an inch thick and may be hardened to the consistency of tire rubber as it may be mixed with epithelial cells and lots of fibrin. But from my discussions with a few people that have done hundreds of autopsies on human colons this build-up does not seem to exist.
But I will say this about colonics. I get two to four of them a year by a professional and about three hours after the treatment I notice a distinct decrease in stiffness in my joints and body. Very dramatic reaction to this therapy. I wonder if it has to do with stimulating lymph flow and blood circulation in some way.

Once I was done with these "professionals" I started doing my own research and found simple solutions to most of my problems. I already had an idea about what I needed to change but I wanted a doctor to look into it and make sure it wasn't anything like cancer or some form of organ failure, worse case scenarios in general. I was born with a deformed colon in WWII. They did not have the equipment to see it - so not fixed until my 50s. I only went to the bathroom may be 2 weeks if lucky - usually 3 weeks. To compound my issue, they had an IV of penicillin (the only thing available at the time) in me for most of my first 5 years and fed me IV and heavens know what else.
Long Story SHORT -- I did the Indian cleanse you were talking about and it took 7 days before it moved anything and then I cleansed for at least 3 days hour after hour after hour.
I am a strong believer that diet causes issues with otherwise healthy humans. Also, why are they putting (last I heard) 70 shots into infants to protect them. Yes, some of the things like measles and mumps and chicken pox were no fun - but the immunity is great after. Only exception is 3 day chicken pox which can harm a baby you are carrying. WE had 3 day parties for all the girls when I was a kid in the 40s so the young girls would catch it and protect for the future.
Another issue (only female) is difficult births ie sunny side up. Once they cut that area open, it will almost definitely need repairs in the future. The damage weakens a system which by design is quite strong (muscle wise) and therefore doesn't ever have a chance to heal up and seal itself back up.
When I was young, I would not eat for days, just drink some (back in those days milkshakes) to survive. I was not hungry at all after the first day - well, my system was FULL!
    Sorry for the long post.

Back in the 1980’s several people in my church were doing the orange cleanse in you eat one orange after another until you have quite an intense bowel movement. One deacon in church who always had a beer gut lost around 20 pounds doing it. Another deacon who was a Mayo Clinic Doctor didn’t think it was a good idea but we avoided the topic with him.

Unfortunately, all that citric acid would cause me to break out in red blotches. Even eating whole tomatoes will do it. Can only have either one every other day or so. But I'll bet tomatoes would equal oranges as a colon cleanse.

I suffered constipation, bad breath, health problems for years taking prescription for sugar, cholesterol and thyroid. Few years back at my age of 42, I did a colon cleansing with “master cleanse” for 10 days and since then I do make sure my digested food go out of my belly as poop next day. Avoided all medicines with healthy lifestyle change.
