I like to use _Colcannon_ as my topping on _Shepherds Pie._ BIG hit.

I love your recipe, I will definitely give it a go. I have some Irish heritage so I’ll be cooking this on St Patrick’s day.

Have you tried making mashed potatoes with buttermilk? It gives them a nice tangy taste.

Your video also was a twelve out of ten presentation. Now I’m hungry. Bye, it’s off to the store to shop for produce.

Greetings from the UK. Nice recipe but why oh WHY, are you sawing with that knife? I'm not a chef, just a home cooking fan. But even I know, that knife is designed to cut through something like a leek in one slow, steady sliding motion. Slicing, not sawing. BTW, going to try it out one day in the coming week. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Ha! I suppose we all have different techniques! Thanks for watching and looking forward to hearing how the recipe goes 😊

Hello, I noticed her cutting technique and thought it was just adorable. I’m a bladehead with years of experience and would rather see anyone (like herself) being very careful using short slicing motion to achieve her mise en place. I’m not laughing but thought it was just darling. Grace I would love to cook with you anytime. Work on your knife skills and happy cooking, like Chef Jacques Pepin always says

@@williammoore7482 aw thank you!! Once I had my first very bad knife finger cut, I take my time and I’m glad you appreciate it! Have a great weekend 😊
