Hi, i came to your channel from your Hypernourishment drink video, & I've watched several more of your videos. I have a few questions to ask! Is the drink good for weight loss & did you loose your weight by using the drink? I know in one of your videos you said that you started out at about 250lbs & I can see that you're no where near that weight in your last video! What's the name of protein powder that you used & can it be used along with the juice? How was your competition? When you we're drinking the drink we're you eating anything else along with the juice or just having it through out the day? Where did you purchase your flaxseeds because I've never seen it whole. How did your sprouts and mircrogreens turn out? Oh, last but not least can you post more of what you eat in a day video's? Thanking U, In Advance! New Subbie as well! 🤗😘🙌

      Hello, thank you for connecting.
I lost the weight years before I Hypernourished. When I went wholefood plantbased, I lost 100 pounds, but I was not eating raw at that time.
When I Hypernourised, I did not lose weight, but my body healed tremendously. I also did not eat anything else. Only the drinks when I was in the healing phase. Now that my body is healed, I will eat a plantbase burger, salad with beans, or a homemade soup when I desire whole food.
I purchased whole raw flaxseed from my local health food store, but I am sure you can order it through Amazon. Also, the protein powder that I use is called Sunwarrior Natural Pea Powder.
My microgreens turned out magnificent. Now that the weather is changing, I plan to start my garden and grow Kale and Collards. And yes, I will make more videos about what I eat. Let me know if you have any questions. I enjoy helping where I can.

Did you go fully raw while healing? Raw broccoli makes me gassy so I'm thinking about lightly steaming them to make it more tolerable.

Yes I am fully raw. And yes brocalli does the same things to me so I just don't eat it. I have heard people say that they blanched their vegetables so that might work for you. I personally just dont eat it.
But in sharing I have started to grow my own sprouts and mircrogreens and tomorrow I am planting brocalli sprouts and microgreens and I am interested to see if they cause the same kind of gas that whole brocalli does. I shall see.

OK. I bought 2 big sprouting jars like a month ago and haven't used them yet. But yea...ill stay raw, I can't afford any setbacks. Also I guess from me watching your videos an old video of your popped up where u were getting interviewed. You've came such a long way! Keep up the good work Ms. Tamu.

@@JB-id4hd thank you so much. It's a journey but if we stay focused on our goal we will succeed at this. And let me know how the sprouting is coming along once you get started.

OK I will if I start lol. I play close attention to the website Dr. Goldner to see the omega 6 to 3 ratios. The ones higher in 3 are harder to find but it's worth it!
