Thanks for posting these videos. It surprises me how encouraging it feels to hear about another person's journey who is committed to this path. I started 100% hyper-nourishing 24 days ago. I'm like you: some days are easier than others, but I just keep on keeping on, drinking my smoothies, eating my salads. My recovery from work outs has improved.

Tuma, Hello from South Korea! Thank you for sharing all the experiences and testimonies with people. Before starting hyper-nurishment, I had researched people who did the protoccol and found you! Your video encouraged me to start it and it’s my 7th day to do it! Even though I have cooked food for lunch and dinner (WFPB), I feel much healthier! I will change my lunch or dinner with raw vegitable from today. It’s exciting to see what good thing happens to my body. I am grateful to see your video and viewers’ comment on your video. It reminds me I am not alone. Thank you so much❤️

Hi Tami im 51 year old diagnosed diabetic type 2 4 years ago which made me depress and low. I just said to myself I need to do something about it cos the doctors are ain’t helping me with they’re medication tablets which I’ve stopped using. And I just decided I need to change my lifestyle. I’ve been changing what I eat the passed 3 years. Having green smoothies, drinking water, lemon water, celery juice, liver n kidney detoxing, metal detox, do exercise everyday after work. I’ve dropped a size on my journey. I feel great. Never had any illnesses the last few years. When I look in the mirror and see my body changing I get motivated more. Watching your video is inspiring.

I found your videos so good to hear and I want to thank you so much for that. I am trying to heal myself also, I have some chronic diseases and I am quite young. Thinking about your relative - sometimes people are so sick, with such low energy & motivation, even just the thought of the effort needed to do it is more than they can cope with. If someone is around to help them at least kick it off, that might just be the boost they need.

Hi, Tamu thanks for your videos..I tried the smoothie and my body just rejects it as in O could do only smoothies for more than 4 days ..I tried salads but it was the same...so I switched and stayed on a whole food plant based vegan diet and I can tell you the difference in my body is awesome. I still have crazy amount of healing greens and flax/chia seeds plus water...some I drink coconut water and freshly squeezed orange juice in addition. My pains have reduced a lot...I still have bad days but not as bad as before. I'm still on a high dose medication but I know the difference I feel is from the diet change.
I will take it slow and steady with this lifestyle...I will definitely get to my healing sooner or later.
I will start believing in me ...it shall be well 💜

Dearest Tamu I watched your other video for first time today, from 5 months ago. Woke this morning with the song "You are my God that healeth me, You heal all my disease, You are my God my healer". So now I'm going to sing that, meditate on it and know that you and Dr. Goldner are my guidance and direction from the Holy Spirit. I have laid on my couch for almost 3 weeks because side affects from medication for stage 4 bone cancer has affected my hip muscles and not allowing me to walk. But I believe the Lord has greater plans for me! Much love to you dear sister and may you continue your healing journey. Thank you for your boldness in making these videos. We all know what to do to help ourselves but sometimes we need to come along side someone that you can relate to. I will be doing this with my boys and husband too. Much love and blessings to you in Jesus most precious name amen. 🙏💖💐🇨🇦

Hi Tamu - thanks for your videos - they are really great. So encouraging and inspiring. I agree with the many people that have commented on how lovely and amazing you are. Quick question on the green drink: does Spring Mix count if you use that ?
(Or does it have to be kale?)

    • @thechangedmind684

Dr. Brooke Goldner states that you can use any cruciferous vegetable for your drink. (Spinach, Kale, Brocolli, Cabbage and others). I just choose to use Kale because it works for me and Spinach tends to cause me to have an allergic reaction. Ugg! 😊
