I have used Lose it! For a long time and went premium because I am one who likes to see the charts and wanted more in the areas I could track. It has helped me IMMENSELY! As of today 11-19-22 I have lost 29 lbs. I started in September when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. But I had used the app to count calories prior. Thanks 😊 for the tutorial. It would be better for new users if you showed how to get to the areas you show also. Like a Step by Step tutorial ✨️ 👌
Hey Kim, I'm borderline diabetic and I really need to lose weight, but I'm so overwhelmed by all the different eating plans! I was thinking about keto, but I also have high cholesterol. What's your best advice? What did you do? Thank you!
I bought the lifetime premium for like 60 dollar one time fee which I thought was a good deal
Nice. You addressed EXACTLY the right criteria - major reconstruction. Thanks bro!
That was a nice review. I had used the free version years ago and was looking for info just like this! I remember the app as being good and your video makes it look even better if I go pro. Thanks for the run-down! New Sub 👍
Been thinking about it but this video helped me choose yes! Thanks for the detailed video!
Hey, there. I’m glad this could help! Thanks for watching!
Good (informative) video. Very helpful. Thanks!
Hi Becky. Thank you! Happy to help.
Good review. I have used Lose It free version on and off for years to help keep track of my calorie intake. To me the premium version is missing the important calcium count on the many foods I enjoy. It is easy to add up milk base foods, but it can be tedious to keep track of low to moderate calcium foods such as my greens, almonds, etc. Maybe they add it one day.
I have premium. I love it!!! You are worth the extra money you pay. It is not all that much money for premium if you average it out for the year.
Great video!!! 🎉
Thanks Vladimir!
In the premium version I like the convenience of being able to scan your food items, which you’re not able to do in the free version
Keep up the good work❤
Thank you, Peter!
6:43 they made that a free setting now. Let’s gooo
I've already paid for the premium app and have been using it for 3 days, but I'm having a hard time learning how to use it effectively. That said, I'm also interested in trying the free version just to see if having to enter the additional data in premium will slow me down or discourage me from using the premium. Do you think that's possible to do? Any comments on how to do this are greatly appreciated.
GREAT VIDEO‼️
Thank you
Thanks!
Happy to help, Sarah!
Yes upgraded!
they have a 50% off when using the apple log in . I just upgraded.
Please what about
1- lifetime membership
2- lose it scale and where to find it
Thank you in advance for your reply 😊
Hi, so I recently bought the premium for this app so that I can log my exercises with my calories. But I’m not sure if I’m reading it right but I don’t think it’s measuring my full exercise bonus. For example I have burned on average 800-1000 calories on apple fitness through walking or running alone; but when I check “lose it” I will only get a 200 calorie burn bonus. Not sure what’s going on here?
How i can subscribe in lose it for a month?
I’ve used the free version but am now looking for more specific data. Upgrade is good for that. As to the video, good info but you talk too fast.
How to log out from this app
Quick Questions: Do you input workouts or let Lose It compute the calories burned? For example, if I take a Peloton class, do I add the total calories burned from the Peloton app or don’t add a workout.
If you have an Apple Watch or another fitness tracker that saves your workouts they will write to lose it
That's my only negative about this video that it doesn't go over how and why to use the exercise logging against calories.
Great video! They should pay you for this lol
Hey, Special Someone! Thanks so much! Haha I wish. Perhaps one day!
I went premium Thxs
Can anyone help me figure out why I can't upgrade? Every time I try it just gets stuck, like it won't connect, it just keeps loading. I'm so frustrated!
If go online and try that 😊 it's been acting wokey on me too
Will the Apple Watch integrate the same way FitBit does?
you can grant the app access to your apple watch steps and health information. That's what I did with mine. As I'm moving on my apple watch, it's already logging the information into the Lose It App.
Lose It is a great tool
I've found great results with combining Lose It with a Fitbit and pushing for bonus exercise calories each day. Keeping meals pretty small and healthy, really shooting for bonus exercise calories to be "higher" than food calories. It takes me at-least a 2 hour walk on incline (earlier in the day, the better) and keeping to under 1400 total calories of food (try breakfast with just a bulletproof coffee). The body can handle it. Keep the food as real and nutritious as possible, protein and fiber focus, whole natural carbs, minimal sugar preferably from fruit at the end of the day to align with recovery (a banana for the potassium boost). Some days won't be as successful but it's about shifting the mindset with these hardcore cutting days. Gradually shifting habits but then toss in some hardcore days too. If you're not losing weight, try the hardcore days of having bonus exercise calories outnumber food calories to expand the mindset and further tame a stubborn BMR (typically at-least 2/3 of daily caloric output from just existing) that might be struggling with insulin resistance.
Great app and it’s only $9.99/year right now!
Really?! It told me 19?!
@@kaylawainwright1352as of November 28th it was 9.99. Might’ve been a special or something.
@@okieff218 awh man I missed it! I am still debating, myself I am happy with the $19 given others are way more expensive but I just can't decide!
Mines is telling its $39.99 🤯
@@doublecheese21must’ve been a Christmas special. 🤷🏻♂️
thanks man, will not be paying for all that
You’re welcome, Jerry! Glad this could provide some insight!
