Im 14 and 130 pounds i lost 30 pounds in the past 4 months or so just running doing these hiit exercises ... I kept a steady healthy diet With rich foods, basically not starving myself. Im aiming towards 120 tho :)
The plank jack really killed me this time, as I'm recovering from an abs day. For the most part, I was doing static planks with frequent breaks. Either way, I was very short on time today and this workout is super quick and effective.

I actually did this after another one of Kelli's 30 minute HIIT cardio workouts and was covered in SO MUCH SWEAT afterwards! I CANNOT DO THE CLAPPING PUSHUPS!! And the 60 SECOND PLANK JACKS at the end REALLY WAS A BURNOUT ROUND and TIME COULD NOT HAVE TICKED BY ANY SLOWER!! I kept checking the timer and had to take several breaks in between! Wow. No matter how hard I tried, I would always break before the end of the round. Today, for the very first time, I was able to keep pace with Daniel for every one of those star jumps and jumping lunges! Thank you, Fitness Blender, for proving me wrong and making me feel like a champion!
first time i did this was before the 8 Week Fat Loss Program, i could only do 1 round of those clapping push-ups. This was the second time i did this and i could do 2 rounds of clapping push-ups and i was able to finished it with more energy. I'm dead, but i can see now how much I became stronger after 5 weeks! Thank you so much

just what i needed to shock my body back into exercise! i had been doing fitness blender workouts all through may to mid july but stopped exercising and this short blast was perfect! excited to work my way back up to longer 40-60 min workouts! what would you recommend for fat loss but not so much muscle building? thanks :D

Great total body workout when you're short on time. Is it just me, or are double burpees easier than regular burpees? Once you're already down there, it's easy to kick back your feet a second time (and same with the jump at the top). And since they take more type to complete, you only do about half of the number you would with regular burpees. For me, the plank jack burnout was the hardest part of this workout. Had to take a ton of breaks.
Just tried this for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how far I was able to make it. Although, for the second half of routine, I was only able to move about half as much as you do in the video. My legs were killing me and my heartbeat was out of whack. Do you think this is sufficient for a daily workout for weight loss, even if you are only able to make it as far as I did? Should I do some extra workout in a few hours?
I didn't even know there was a such thing as a double burpee....Thankfully *ahem* I mean unfortunately today is my rest day so I'm just watching for now. :)
I only did 10 minutes, but I'm a 13 y/o girl doing it for the first time. So glad it's short because that means I'll be able to work on this every day and burn more calories :)
when I found your videos on YT this was the first workout I made (big mistake) it was so brutal and I never did it again :D but I always think to myself: one day you might be able to do it properly.. :)
it will probably burn more calories actually because it engages your quads more than the lunges and quads are a really big muscle group. however you won't work your glutes as much with jumping squats. depending on your needs, you can just do jumping squats (if you just want fat loss) or do jumping squats and supplement it with normal lunges (if you want to work your glutes as well).
I think you guys deserve a metal for providing such quality workouts for free!! I really love them!!

I do these while sliding on the floor to spare my knees, like cross-country skiing.
