Thank you, working from home and barely using 200 calories per day and eating atleast 1500, this had me sweating in 5 minutes, will keep this up numerous times a day, i skip the jumping ones just because noise on the ceiling
Even if you didn't move, you'd burn over 1,000 calories per day, bare minimum. Look up Basal Metabolic Rate calculator. It will estimate your BMR and tell you how much you burn just to breathe, keep the heart beating, etc.
counting calories is a nonsense

These are so great!! Thank you. Got my blood pumping and my eye hand foot coordination wobbling somewhat but I gave it a good shot. I’ll be doing this regularly and hope to shift that last bit of my belly fat when nothing else seems to work. 😂

Los ejercicios del vídeo son excelentes 😀😃 y los recomiendo, lo único que me gustaría que agregaran o organizarán es que fuera por series así poder llevar un orden ya que en algunos ejercicios no he terminado uno cuando ya está el otro ejercicio empezando. Muchas gracias
