I'm trying this program out for the first time. I'm disabled, so right now I'm winded out at 4:53. My back is a big part of my disability. I don't know what's coming up next; but I don't feel any discomfort in my back. Thank you for this program.
This was my diet back then + exercise and it really helped (from 65kg to 50kg). I’m going to try it again since I already gained some weight. I also got Fitnorc after hearing good things about it. Thank you so much for taking the time to accompany us on this adventure.

Why on the plyo side lounge when male is showed, it shows abs being targeted muscles as well, while female doing plyo shows only leg muscles? We all have the same muscles. Is that some sort of telling that women women are not suppose to build muscles and abs not being sexy on them or? Just a genuine question is all. I love your content, by the way.
You show the upcoming poses after each rest period, but after number seven you show the same pose as after number six. You need to show the pose for number eight.
