  • We often get asked this question by employees on establishments not allowing them a notice period buyout. More often than not, this is not a right or an entitlement for employees because contracts have strict language about allowing this at the discretion of the employer.

    The employer waives the clause of "Employer's Discretion" on the face of the employee.

      Employees are treated like cattles and govt doesn't give a shit.
      Employees will be milked till the last drop
      Employee ke hath se acha career offer nikal jaye toh nikle... Apna profit kam nhi hona chaiye. Simple

    If employee is not medically fit to do Notice period job can he ask for waiver of 3 months notice period duty and also depositing Salaries in lieu of it? Respond please

    thank you for the information. I have concerns regarding.
    With The discussion company is ready to release in one day and they send this email. But after 45 days they are not ready to full and final settlement, releasing letters and Employment letters. Please help me. What can be done in this case.
    Please HELP.

    Mam due to March end month the company increase notict period without any notice and threatening is they will hold your payment..what to do

    Hello , i have resign by showing my medical problems facing from 8 month due to seating job and after checking my medical history which was from govt hospital my hr approval for 1 month notice period. With no due mail.
    And i join another permanent work from home in evening shift because i was easy for me to go in govt hospital in day .
    But after living 1 month of my company i got another recovery amount my employer asking as i have lied .
    Please help me

    If an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k,
    HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA.
    And in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if i have to leave the company then i have to pay one month salary or serve one month notice period but now they are making me signing a letter in which the notice period is extended from 1 month to 3 months. Can they make such changes?
    Kindly tell me with reference.

    Hi friend, I have an offer in my hand and i have resigned from my current organization. And a new company is asking to join in one month. In my current organization a 90 days notice period. I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it.
    1) Buyout -- my manager not approving
    2) Can i ask for a project release.
    3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company.
    Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily.

    mam agr resign dene k bad humne notice period bi serve kr lia lekin ab hume job chhorne ka man ni h hum chahte h k yahi job continue kre to is situation me kya hoga ..kya hume job p rkh lia jaega ya kuch or ..?

    I'm doing notice period currently, my father is not feeling well so, I can't continue notice, then they told me to pay 21 days salary i said that ok, but
    I have one doubt, will they give reliving and experience letter?
