That's true about billing you said it more than 3x of your salary minimum so the other middle management and senior management people get six figures monthly salary.
I have 90 days of the notice period and no option to buy out, what should I do? I was getting an offer if I could join immediately and that wasn't possible. I hate the fact that everyone wants to hire immediately but has a serving period of 60-90 days. This is a pure scam.

My best 5 subjects percentage is above 60% and i am from cbse where they count best 5 subjects percentage....
Will persistent systems will count my all 6 subjects percentage?

If I have resigned from my company and after my resignation they have given a transfer letter 70 km single side from my location and forced me to sign on it.
But after signing that i have given my disapproval on mail for my transfer and now I am not serving the notice period.

My company charges 40$ per hour to client. Freshers salary is 21k INR.
=> 26k INR charged to client for a day.
Btw. managers hourly charges will be different and higher.

Relax and focus on learning in Fresco play, udemy, LinkedIn. You will get calls after some time. Till then utilize the time you have to upskill urself peacefully.
You’re in a digital role so no need to panic (just yet).
In the short term:
Digital salary is good for freshers so your money portion should be covered.
On the work front: Keep pinging your RMG and also complete courses in your training portal. Look for courses that have good value and/or interest you. The important thing is to not stay idle.
If the situation does not change soon then you can consider other options

if you take them to the court, they have the obligation to justify the amount they are asking your for.
In simple words, this is the corporation making you fearful of un-ethical consequences.

Fun Fact: You can even hide the Notice Period on Naukri by opening the App on your mobile and un-selecting the current duration of your NP duration you have put there. For Instance: If you have put notice period as 90 Days, just go to the basic details then Notice Period section of your Naukri Account in the app and remove it by tapping once on the current option you have put. Then that option will become unselected and then Save it! I did not put Notice Period in my Naukri profile and frequency of calls did increase for a while.

@@arnabghosh9622 For me it worked as I have clocked more than two years of experience at this point. But, again this will depend on your tech stack for some even 1.5 YoE will work whereas for some 2 or 3 YoE is bare minimum.

I have resigned from my Current organization and there i have 90 days of notice period. In the offer letter (from the current organization) it was mentioned that if i am unable to serve the notice period then i can pay to company and get the relieving. In the offer letter it was also mentioned that If the exigencies of work so require, the company may not relieve earlier than the expiry of the entire period of notice. It shall, however, be open to the company to accept your resignation with effect from any date earlier than the one offered by me in my resignation letter. The company shall at all times retain the right to exercise waiver of notice period. The Company in such situation may choose to pay salary till the last working day of the employee.
Now i want early relieve as the new offer is very good and i don't want to loose the offer. My current organization is not ready to match my new offer. I have made several follow ups with my reporting manager and HRBP team but not getting any proper responses.

Still i submitted resignation on base of 40% hike till notice period i was having 3 offers and also i didn't applied for many orgs as Interview and documentation process is so boaring.

Hi Abhinav, just check with your HR directly or indirectly by what time frame you can withdraw your resignation so that even if you resign without having an offer you can withdraw resignation and remain there in worst case. Accordingly put your papers and look for a new job. I did the same.... In reality we all feel scared to resign without having an offer in hand and it is not advisable also. But I took the risk last year, I was so frustrated with my current company and Manager that I decided to quit that job (in Cognizant) without having any offer in hand. I am however not suggesting you to do the same as we all have different liabilities and circumstances....just sharing my experience. As the time passed and my notice period became less than a month, I started getting lot of calls and appeared for almost 6 interviews of which I was selected in 2....and finally joined the one who gave me better package. But please be well prepared for your interview and have good knowledge on your skills and how to crack the interview tips and tricks. Overall luck also matters a lot...thats all I can say. All the best.
