You're new. Why would someone even give an offer with a pay cut? If your current is 4.5 do not join if offer is below 10.
Internal move/accepting counter offer is the worst decision you can make. People switch for money more than anything else.
What if I am in a project but not getting any works. I am new joinee. What would be the notice period. I am doing higher education. Classes started but i have not yet resigned

Same bro i hired for 2.5 lpa , and its a calling job for a retail market in canada, loblaw project. I want to leave this as i am also doing masters in Cybersecurity. Is it a good decision to leave or not? My package is very less here also they took my 11 hours each day with hectic calls.. pls suggest what to do

I am currently doing internship in cognizant.
Well they told that after internship, based on our performance they will send FTE offer, but before completion of internship only they sent offer letter to us.
After joining to cognizant internship, i got other company offer. So i planned to do internship in cognizant, gain some knowledge and join FTE in other selected company.
But now they sent FTE offer now only.......The thing is ...if i decline the FTE offer from cognizant, can i continue internship in cognizant and will i get stipend ?....
Yes , you can continue your training as fte is all different from intern and you will get stipend too. For more detail check today's 6 pm video

You have asked for 60 days notice period. But cognizant gave you 6 days. Was it ok to you? Will they not give 60days if situation is same like you(undergoing KT for new assignment)
Bro I need to ask if you were given 1 week of notice period, when was your last working day and when did you finally receive the relieving letter?
I resigned on 4th dec and my LWD was 10th dec

I want early released from cognizant.. I have given reason of health issues send my medical prescription to H.R had also talk with project manager...but h.r did not agree to give me the early released....

Hello bro, I have resigned my position in my current organization, because got a better opportunity they asking me to join in 45 days. In my current organization need to serve 3 months notice period, how I can reduce my notice? I have informed them that about my opportunity, they are not ready to release me early, They informed me that they don't have any buyout options also. I am actually ready to buyout myself in this current situation. Can you please suggest me an better suggestion for early release.
