Maine sare tarique bataye hai jinse ki aap apna notice period kam karwa sacte hi ya kuch cased me serve nahi karna padega.

Bhai main ne 3 month pehle resignation dala tha health issue ko lekr Phir main paper wapas bhi le liya tha. Thik usi ke 5 din k baad mera kisi duare jagah se offer aya hai to main ne company ko previously resignation pe mujhe relieve karne ka appeal kiya health problem bol k to wo nahi maan rahe hain. Or wo log mujhe buy out karnne ko boll rahe hain to mujhe relieving later kab tak mil sakta hai buy out karne pe..

Ab main kya karu kyoki agle mahine main pahile company ka bonus ayega agar main resign du to notice period 1 month ka he agar unko inform karu to 10 din ka salary or bonus holt pe jayega

I got an offer letter from another company for next month joining Aug 3rd and my current company has given me 60 days notice period i.e 29 Aug.Now am trying to negotiate with HR to buy out my notice period but she is not responding.Even my manager is not supportive.Sir any solution please reply my question???

There is no protocol as such but yes you can try speaking to ur HR regarding the issue. Good luck.

Sir agar leaves hai or Notice period serve nhi krna ho toh HR leave se cover kareinge phir Absconding nhi kareinge na plzz tell me.
Leave aapko salary k sath payout hoti hai. Because during notice aap leave nahi le sacte. So better serve the notice period to avoid absconding.

Communication gap bilkul bhi na rakhe, massage aur call dono ka jawab de. Aur apne HR se jaa kar bat kare aur resign de kar notice serve karke job chode.

Is case me you should speak to HR and you may have to pay the amount of your notice period. Tab you can leave company immediately.

I have requested and follow up to reduce notice period but they are stick to as per company policy need to serve full notice period so what is the solution even I done all work from my side and they hold my salaries and release documents

Sir maine Resigne kiya uske bad apna Supervisor, HR ,RM svi ko intimate bhi kiya. 1 months ka notice period tha Lekin mere ghr me family me kisi ka medical problem tha, jiske karan maine only 12 days notice period serve kiya.
12 th January ko resign kiya tha 25 th January ko sab kuchh handover krke chala gya. Or ye bat maine HR ko bhi btayi. Fir bhi mujhe absconding kr diya company. Maine apna boss or HR ke svi emails or call ka reply bhi kiya. Maine 18 th days ka paisa bhi company ko dene ko ready tha. Maine bahut bar Apna boss or HR se request kiya ki mai 3 years company me work kiya hu please mujhe relieving letter diya jay. Pr kisi ne meri bat nhi suni. Unka ek hi kahna tha ki 1 month notice period karna parega. Bina notice period kiye relieving nhi de skte. Or isi tarah onlogo ne mujhe abscond kr diya.

Speak to your HR and let them know that you have successfully completed your notice period. If still they don't budge then kindly approach a labour law lawyer.

8 month complete kar ke Last day good bye ka mail dal kar chale jana, koi kuch nahi kar payega, but CC me apna personal mail id rakh lena last day wala mail me. Agar relieving nahi de rha hai to apne personal mail se mail dal dena ki mai lebour court me jaunga agar relieving nahi doge.

सर मेन रिजाईन दे दिया हे लिखित मे.दे.दिया हे लैकिन मे नोटिस पेरिड नही निकला रहा हू इसकी जानाकारी देवो
रिजाइन देने के बाद आपको नोटिस पीरियड serve करना होता है अगर नहीं कर सकते हैं तो नोटिस पीरियड buyout करना होता है
