Mai ek company me kaam krta tha lekin mai waha se absconding hu. Abhi maine HR se baat kiye to bole fnf ka form bhar do. Mai ye puchhna chahta hu ki mujhe kitna paisa jama krna padega. Two months ka basic salary pura. Please reply me

I'm confused between company notice or relieving, both I saw your video, and for this video, you said companies don't have the right to hold employees once they send to HR notice period same time it's will valid, and on the other side, you said to be ensured team lead/manager has accepted resignation letter then only process.
I have sent to resignation mail to HR via mail CC withthe manager, now my manager reverted to mail have to reach the target then only possible otherwise notice period will get extended.
They cannot extend your notice period unless you are taking leaves during ur notice period. So, soon after you complete your notice period. Reach your HR manager and demand for your relieving and experience letter.

Hi deepak sir, i am facing the exact same issue in my office right now. What should i do. I had sent out my resignation mail on 10th and my late I mentioned was 26th. He has accepted the resignation but is rigid on serving 3 months notice. I cannot serve that due to my new joining and i am also ready to buyout which is in my appointment letter. But now he is not accepting it. What should i do now. Should wait till 26 or should i move to Labor court now only for reliving. Also he is now not responding to my mails on the formal resignation mail. He is also not sending me the short notice amount which i need to pay. Please help me out. I really need at this time.

Hi I am also facing same issue , in signed offer letter my notice period was of 60 days but due to relocation policy was changed and they extended to 90 days and not informed to me ...
next employer wants me in 60 days pls suggest what can i do if HR and manager not being ready.
Speak to your HR and explain that this 90 days policy is the recent one. So doesn't apply to you.

My organization notice period is 90 days . I want to survive only 40 days notice period. N buy out for 50 days. In offer letter line mentioned as "In case the employee requests to be relieved without serving the complete Notice Period he or
she is liable to pay a liquidated damage towards the shortfall in the Notice Period.
. The liquidated damage is calculated based on the employee’s last drawn / maintaine.
So can i buy it and before buying we need approval from project manager to release in 40 days?

Buying out is the best option here. U can inform ur manager and speak to ur HR regarding the buying out proceeding.
@@apkahrconsultant as per policy i have option to buy out notice period but my manager not agreed to leave earlier. Can you please suggest

Dear Sir, I have same issue buy out option available but condition as per management decide but management not ready for buying out & pressurized me for survive 90 days notice period. I didn't want to complete 90 days NP What can I do?

Agar notice period serve krne ko nahi diya gaya hi to apna notice pay maago jo ki agar companies notice nahi serve krwati hai tab deti hai and apna experience letter bhi lelo.
I m in a employment bond, they not mentioned how to exit in that bond, when i applied for resignation they said u r not eligible for resignation, harassed me a lot by saying destroy your career.
Approach labour court.

Hi Ameer, Mujhe is mamle me jada jankari nahi hai too mai jada kuch apko nahi bata paunga lekin itna jarur bata sacta hu ki aap apni country ke ambassy me contact kr le waha pr apko madad mil jayegi. Hope aap jaldi hi apni country pahoch jaye.
