Aj mai aap sab k liye bahot hi important topic Employee Absconding क्या होता है ? ko discuss kiya hu. Isme maine aap sab ko bataya hai ki Employee absconding kya hoti hai, meaning iska bataya hu. Fir maine bataya hai ki ye kyu kisi company me hoti hai aur employee absconding hone ke kya karan hai.
Last me maine ye bhi bataya hai ki kyu kisi bhi employee ko absconding list me nahi ana chahiye.

I have recently join a MNC company (2 months completed) but i not get accepted Hike and i am getting around 70 % hike from another MNC Third Party Payroll and they will onboard on there payroll after 3 months. I am working in MNC company and urgently my marriage is fixed so m not able to continue my job then i have submitted my resignation on 10 may 2022 after that my manager and Hr reach out to me and talking about bond that is sample of bond nd i didn't sign on that bond after that they said it oky but u have to pay recovery payment because u are not able to serve proper notice period then i said I will pay remaining amount then also mai abscond hongi .. after pay of recovery plz help me out on this if any one have a knowledge.

I would suggest you not to abscond as this hampers ur relationship with ur current organization. In respect to ur bond signing u must speak to ur HR on the same and solve the matter. Regarding ur salary If u would have received an advance make sure u return the advance before leaving the organization.

Hi Moumita, Aap HR ko call kariye q ki apne mail already kr diya hai. Call krke apni condition bataiye aur resignation ka process puche. Phir apna resignation mail k through dal de aur usi email pr resignation acceptance bhi lele apne Manager ya TL se cc me HR ko rakhe.

If i surrender all company assets and quit with information from company in this case company will be abscond to me?
Kindly do not leave without the consent of your company HR as they may put you in absconding list. It's better to speak with ur Manager first and then speak to ur HR.

Hi, No it won't have any effect as work experience less then 6 month is actually considered as fresher. So you don't need to worry. Good luck for ur new job.

Since you are working with the same company, you should better ask ur HR regarding ur promotion aspects if they have rehired you after you absconded.

I always suggest of not absconding. But since you have already absconded so it cannot be undone. Here if you have not shown you previous company on ur resume then u don't have to worry.

U should go and speak to the HR of ur company. During probation some company has a policy of 30 day notice period. So, get it confirmed but If u have a 90 days notice period and u have served 30 days. Then u might have to pay for remaining 60 days and then u can leave or if u do not pay and leave then they might abscond u.

Hi sir I have signed a employment bond and given cheque without date except everything was filled and given a notary form 20 rupees but now due to health issue I want to break bond does it causes any issue to me except civil case
Hi, They may cash in the blank cheque that you have given it to them. And if the cheque will get bounce then they may approach the court. So, it's better you speak to company HR and get it resolved else take the help of legal council as any kind of bond is illegal.

Hi, TCS is the best company to do scrutiny of your background. They do throughout background verification starting from your school to ur recent company. You better tell them the truth.

Company form jan 7, 21 and worked for jun 7, 21 and due to some health issues (which is genarate due to this comoany) i leave the company and mailed them for resign but no reply from there side and i am also not serve my notice period due to health issus , and they aslo not give me the last month sallery but PF is created. Hello Sir I Joined Infosys BPM during covid19 because of less opportunity and I am from technical background, and I don't want continue this bpm job it like hell, I am going to absconding, I work only 2 and half month in Infosys, I don't want to serve notice period because my manager and team lead are very rude behaving for those who give resignation, will it be okay if I do abscond and see another opportunities in the market.
Would recommend you to not to abscond. Leave the company on proper terms.

Hi, I was working in a company for 1 year 1 month. It was an IT company but I'm a B.com graduate and the work was mentally affecting me. I got a job in someother company which was completely different domain and they could not postpone my joining date. Notice period was 2 months, I served one month and I kept requesting my senior manager and HR to give me one month buy out but they did not approve for it. So, I informed them that I will not be turning up for work from the next day and I will hand over the assets to the company. The HR was very rude to me and I was not given early release.
In this case is it considered absconding? According to me I have not absconded because I informed and left. Also, I might not get the relieving letter and experience letter but since I have completely changed my domain will it effect me much?
In my new company they have accepted me as a fresher. But what about future?
They would have put you in absconded list but since you're starting out as a fresher in new domain would not affect you're future. Good luck.

Hi Kazim, I would not recommend you to abscond as it will impact you in a long run as this company will blacklist you. You better tell them (company HR) regarding how you feel about the company and why you want to leave it to early. If you have already made up ur mind on leaving the company the no one will be able to stop you. But leave company on a good note by proper resigning. Regards

Check ur appointment letter if buy out has been mentioned then they should give it and go to ur office meet the HR and explain the situation.

You can ask them to encash only when company ask you to leave without notice period. In your case you are not in a condition to ask them for salary encashment. But yes if your offer letter or appointment letter has a clause of buying out notice period then you can pay for that remaining notice period and leave the company.

Don't absconded, that's my suggestion. Yes, you should not show your 2nd company since this experience would not count. But as far as leaving ur current company is concern, u should leave properly by giving resignation and serving notice period.

Sir i agreed to a 2 years bond mentioned in offer letter but never signed it. Now after 1.5 month i have resigned showing personal reason.

What I will suggest iski aap abscond mat hoo. Kyunki notice pay recovery HR kar sakte hain aur naye rule ke anusar ab notice per recovery par GST Bhi lag raha hai.

If you don't pay notice recovery payment and leave then in this case HR will put you in absconding list. So, its better to serve the notice period and leave.

Since you don't have a UAN number. It would be difficult for you to withdraw. Better check with ur last company if they can provide u with the UAN no. If not then do call the PF office or visit them once to solve the issue you have.

Thank you for sharing useful information,I joined company 16 days back but i want to leave now due to some unavoidable personal reason.I informed my manger & HR the same through both e-mail & call that i am not in situation to serve notice period of one month (during probation period) due to personal issue and cosider my resignation, also mentioned in email that consider my last working day after 2 days post which am not available and asked them where should i submit the Laptop with in 2 days .Please help me if this is absconding case as i already informed them through both e-mail & call.I really need help on this.
just to add, I also told them that i am not expecting experience/relieving letter and salary.Regarding Background verification what if i don't mentioned in my resume,i that case is there any issue in future employment.
Hi Ayush, As you have intimated the HR and if they have acknowledged it then you will be relieved on proper terms however since it's only 15 days so you will not get an experience letter. They will not be blacklisting you neither you will be put on absconding list. As per you're second question, any employment with less then a month is not considered so better do not show it in you're resume.

I would not recommend anyone to abscond and in ur case it should not be done since u r an experienced employee and it will hamper ur BGV.

My company is a very small scale company & i m in a agreement, they r directly refuse my resignation and force me to continue. What to do sir??
Put down ur resignation. No one can force the employment on you. Speak to ur HR. And if still problem continues u should approach labour court.
@@apkahrconsultantHr is also same. when i put my resignation mail. They always force me to withdraw it. Can't even sit on office by their daily meeting of harassment. Finally i withdraw it. I will stop going to the company in next month by putting one last resignation mail.

Sir I absconded from my previous company, I had bond amount to pay , I have not paid yet from past 1 year. Now I got selected in maharatna PSU , sir I am scared of document verification regarding UAN number already generated. Can I hide my previous employment or what to do, does PSU document verification requires UAN no.Please help me out

Sir, mujhe company k dwara abscond kar diya karan ye tha ki maine notice period pura serve nahi kiya 60 day's ka notice period tha 10 day's ka hi serve kiya.. Maine resignation dalte wakt apani problem bhi batai or early relieving k liye bhi mention kiya or jo recovery banti hai unnerved notice period ki vo pay karne ka bhi mention kiya par koi revert nahi aaya.. Mai bahut paresan tha quki mother ka operation hona tha Phir mai five day's ki leave lekar ghar chala gaya situation jada kharab thi maine HR or reporting manager ko call kar ke bata diya ki main wapas nahi aasakta mera resignation accept kare... Leken meri nahi suni or mujhe abscond ka mail kar diya....
Phir bad m maine company CEO or HR head ko apani problem ko puri tarah se samjhaya mother ki medical report mail ki tab jake Kutch un ko samajh m aaya... Kaphi request k bad mujhe service certificate diya... Sir m ye janna chahta hu ki jo pahle online mera abscond aaraha tha ab abscond to nahi aayega...

Dear Rajendra ji, Sun kr apki mata ji ka bahot dukh hua. Asha krta hunki wo jaldi hi recover ho jaingi. Jaise ki apne apni condition batai hai, ab aap ko wo absconding me nahi dalenge. Ap ab unki company me aage chl kr job apply kr sakege. Rahi baat apke service certificate ki too usme koi problem nahi ayegi, jis bhi company me aap interview denge unko apni sari condition bata dijiyega jiske karan aap notice period nahi serve kr paye. Hope this clarifies your doubts.

No. If you are showing them as a fresher. Then there will not be a problem.
