sir if we give resignation within 3 months and dont want to serve np, and want early release due to family health then still we will absconded even inform to manager and hr. If yes then will it create any issue in future mnc to get a job if we dont show exp. letter to them

Sir I serve a 45 day notice period out of 90 days . The next company wants to join me in 45 days . My previous employer told me I will abscond you if you left the company before 90 days.
I am ready to pay for the remaining 45 days .

In this circumstance you should be speaking to your HR. Tell the HR that you are ready to buy out 45 days of notice period and explain your situation.
