I had notice period of 3 months but I have left the company 20 days before the completion of my notice period due to abroad settlement. Now company is not settling my fnf and pf is on hold because of this. It’s been six months since I left my job and company giving me different kind of reasons for not settling the pf. But the first company created my PF memeber id and it has made zero contributions.
I now have total 2yrs of experience and now planning to switch as this is going to be my first switch.

Hey i joined a company as a fresher and now after 3 months i hate the job. I put in my resignation but they want me to serve a 3 months notice period. I have constant anxiety and stress issues. I have a business idea that i want to expand further. Dont want to do a job in future and want to abscond from this job due to the constant anxiety. It won't create any problem until and unless you've another offer letter means the next company is totally fine hiring you. I've done the same thing.
Since 2months of experience letter won't matter to anyone so It's upto how you want to cover those 2-3 months.

Hi brother I have absonded from the company, and pf contributions are maded by the employer can we mark the exit date after two months.
In that pf account only it is showing Closing Balance as on 31/03/2024 it means from that month I will get the PF or not

I did not abscond but i couldnt continue to work after 2 months(it was a 4month contractual). I informed tl about my health conerns and he asked to submit an instant resignation through employee's portal which i did.. now i dont have any relieving or experience letter.
