my notice period ends on 25th August, when I asked to my manager to give Relieving letter they gave but in the Relieving letter ends on 25 th August it self but I send this releving letter early to new employer

@@smithamb7261 in noida branch they are having pace hr portal and there is a e resign option which you will submit and the request will be transferred to your manager now he will assign you NP and LWD and then you will get FNF within 45 data
@@smithamb7261 depends upon situation if you are not qualified in probation then you are not required to pay any bond and your resignation will be accepted and if you are only resigning then let me know

I was working for MNC and left the job(resigned) after working for 2 month but I didn't attend a single day after resign and showed medical for one week. Now they have sent me letter for fnf with huge cost due on me. I have their laptop with me which i would like to return. What should i do now?

Update: They provide the experience letter to me over email address with respect to my last working day. I counter back with an email.. Please process the procedure to take company laptop back or tell me how to return it.. after deducting its cost from the final payment,then only I will pay full and final cost on me. After deduction its around one month salary.
But they didnt replied to my email and laptop is still with me.I have joined another organisation.
