Government should set all these basic rules so no one will be harrased because of unnesesary curumtances... Government is always intresed to earn TAX from salaried class but don't support and set basic rules like short notice period..

People resign for mainly one of the 4 reasons - the work isn’t good - working on support, maintenance projects with little to no scope for learning. 2 - the culture is bad. This depends on the manager and the company’s culture. 3- the salary, compensation, hikes and growth are poor. 4- the policies of the company - work from home, leaves, mandatory attendance tracking, maternity leave etc Most people leave a company for one or a combination of the 4 reasons

60 days NP par offer mila to resign kaise kar du, agar worst case me next 60 days tak koi dusra offer nahi aaya (assuming joining extention wasn't granted), to technically 3rd month of actual NP me main to bina offer k hi NP serve kar raha hunga na..
Aise case me main ye suggest karunga... start preparing for interview, target for the prodcut based companies... once you start getting confidence, then resign first, then update your LWD on job portals.
Looking at LWD, many more companies will start approaching you. Trust me, if you have prepared for product based companies, service based companies k interivew chutki me niklenge...
and then in last month, itne interview calls aayenge, ki tum handle nahi kar paoge... and then you can play with the counter offers.

I have resigned from my Current organization and there i have 90 days of notice period. In the offer letter (from the current organization) it was mentioned that if i am unable to serve the notice period then i can pay to company and get the relieving. In the offer letter it was also mentioned that If the exigencies of work so require, the company may not relieve earlier than the expiry of the entire period of notice. It shall, however, be open to the company to accept your resignation with effect from any date earlier than the one offered by me in my resignation letter. The company shall at all times retain the right to exercise waiver of notice period. The Company in such situation may choose to pay salary till the last working day of the employee.
Now i want early relieve as the new offer is very good and i don't want to loose the offer. My current organization is not ready to match my new offer. I have made several follow ups with my reporting manager and HRBP team but not getting any proper responses.
What should I do now ?

Sir , bonded labor is abolished by nehru .. Law states that company has to release a person upon resign whenever employee want to go ,it could be one day or 30 days .One has to serve either the notice period or pay the basic salary of equivalent notice ..Just be blunt with HR stating the same ..These HR plays unlawfully by stating that your manager need to give approval ..Its not the case , its responsibility of HR to get you released

    Hi Ajay
What is a different between company experience and self work experience.
If i am build a production ready application is such technology like MERN stack and my application is use 1000s of user i m experience or not.
    What company consider me.
    I m still a fresher because i m not working a company.
What is a experience criteria about company point of view.
Please create a video on this topic.
Because lot's of students are confusing about experience.

employers will consider you as an experienced person on technical basis provided you have a good client and project protifolito. But some companies insist on experiance on papers. even if you don't have experiance letter, you can use your portfolio to leverage a good salary package though.

Yes you can because if you are asking for a counter offer on the basis of some offer that you have already then you'll need to share what you an in hand as a proof of offer.

if we got an offer, after that we resigned the present company.... what happens when its about to complete the notice period.. new company cancled the offer...?

    • @sajidhanif77
      @sajidhanif77 2 года назад +1

Valid question. I do not know rules in India but in France we generally get a contract in which the salary and all other clauses are written, once signed both parties specially employer cannot revert, otherwise the company will have to face legal repercussions specially financial penalty if you as future employee go to court. So generally any decent company will not put his reputation at stake. The rules of the game are pretty much same everywhere. You as future employee can sometime refuse an accepted contract/offer and companies do not go after you or take you to court but the other way round is very rare and companies will not like to pay penalty for that.
