    To see Tomac still do this well after missing so much racing is sick. You can tell he still wants to win and you have to assume this will only get him more prepared to give it one last go next year. I truly hope the fans get to see him at his best and ready to battle Jett for wins. Jett has the outright speed, now at least, but I have high hopes Eli has some tricks up his sleeve.

    • @motomanvh
      @motomanvh 2 часа назад +4

      The difference as Jett said himself is that at this point in Eli's career he won't take the chances like he would when he was younger and to beat Jett consistently you need to take chances . The good news is that Eli does recognize what cost him races , whether he's willing to do anything about it is another matter.

    • @Proton-m4y
      @Proton-m4y 2 часа назад +3

      @@motomanvh completely agree. With that said, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised to see Tomac actually take some of those risks to beat Jett. This will be his last season. Last chance to show everyone and himself for years to come just how good he is. If he and Jett go back and fourth this upcoming year, that would be one hell of an ending to a stellar career. After Denver SX in 2023, I was absolutely gutted. He’s always been my favorite rider. Stoked to see him back looking more like himself. This years SX, he just wasn’t at his level yet. That injury is a gnarly recovery process, and I can imagine he wasn’t confident in it yet. He proved he can still win though. If his off season goes perfectly, Jett will have a fight on his hands (not saying Eli is beat Jett, but it’ll be a battle).

      Just like top Americans from one or 2 moto generations ago. They have the "spirit" to win. You should have experienced it in the 70's and 80's in the USA,---or earlier in Europe. The difference is that you would be able to afford a bike and race as a kid, (can't do that today), and get in the record books. All most of us can be is a spectator today, and watch EPA racing that is actually pretty boring (but much faster with more injuries) compared to the 2-stroke days. Glad I was there. I am very sorry the later generations missed out on all that opportunity. The sport is dying.

      Hard to tell when they are scored as a 450. There is a pretty high probability in my mind, that if we did the math with the 250's scored seperately, USA may have won.

    What a DAY what a WEEKEND! I was here for 2017 also and to see the worlds best battle it out and the track so raceable even in the wet leading up to the event and on the day drizzle simply WOW, to see ET still ripping WOW, that move from Tiga243 WOW not the best day for prado he showed more of himself on the Saturday he didn’t look the same for Sunday maybe it was the damp and drizzle that’s been his biggest weakness this year in the GPs a wet / sticky track! 2025 here we come WOW

    Have yall noticed a pattern here? Every team who has finished 2nd in the previous 5 years has won it the year after I believe. And they are going to USA next year and they got 2nd this year. I honestly believe USA will take it next year if their roster stays healthy. Congrats to the Aussies Jett is by far my favorite rider and got to battle amongst the kings of Europe.

    Tout le monde parle de Jett,Tim , Tomac mais avez vous bien regardé cette course ? Avez vous regardé les temps par secteur toute la course ? Vous auriez vu que le plus rapide de tous pendant 3 tours a été Lucas Coenen avec sa 250 . Il est revenu de 10 à 5 en 3 tours en déposant Plessinger et les autres 450 .Matheureusement il n'aime pas la boue et la bruine a changé son pilotage avec sa petirte 250 . Piste sèche Lucas coenen gagnait ses deux manches toute catégorie .Je n'ai jamais vu un gamin de 17 ans sur une 250 aller aussi vite . En virages courts il passe plus vite que bob Hannah et Carmichael réuni . Il est déja le plus rapide pilote au monde actuellement à 17 ans . Du jamais vu .

    Damn .. Eli is a bad dude .. well for everyone who was cheering on sending AP over Eli I think you all can stfu now, point proven .. mad props to coop I was amazed just how many full time had ass 250 dudes he beat in both motos .. like who would’ve thought he’d best Tom in both .. AP did ok but definitely dropped the ball .. he should’ve easily got no worse than 4th in race 2 .. but all in all he rode within himself and still almost squeaked it out .. still it was pretty depressing to watch Eli not have a reason to fight for the win in race 3 knowing there’s no point .. like I said long time ago when Ap was picked over Eli, AP hasn’t shown a single example of racing threw the pack, not cutting on him it’s just a fact
