Maine sara process samjhaya hai ki aap company se kaise apna FNF nikalwa sacte hai.

Do every company first take the sign/acceptance from the employee for Full and Final settlement document before crediting the FNF payout or can do directly?
Sir, Mene 30/06/2021 ko company se quit Kar liya or August 2021 me dusri company me job start Kar diya tha but mere previous employer ne mera June 2021 (FNF) Month Ka EPF & Salary November 2021 me deposit karaaya, to ab mujhe Apne Employer se Apne EPFO Portal par apni Date of Exit update karwana hai but problem ye hai ki mere Employer mujhse Kisi baat ko lekar naaraz chal rahe hain, or mujhe shak hai ki wo meri Date of Exit galat mention Kar sakte hain, kyuki Mene Bina Resignation letter diye Job quit Kiya tha, to ab aap hi bataiye ki kis terah se Mai apne Employer se apni Date of Exit approve karaau with proof.
Kya mai unhe apna Resignation Letter provide karaau or us par unki Receiving le lu, Kyuki Apne Letter Pad par to wo mujhe Acceptance dene nhi Wale.

Sir i was working in a company for 1 month and i give resign because i got the other job, and they didn't given me Appointment letter during time of joining . So after leaving that company after doing clearance and all i asked about my 1 month salary so Hr mangaer told me that it will take 45 days to settlement. But now its 3 months i had called to hr manager they are telling me now that they can't give me my salary because i have worked only 1 month and doesn't done my notice period.
Is it compulsory to do notice period even after not signed appointment letter ??
How will i get my salary sir ?? Is there any way ?
You should always ask for an appointment letter and an offer letter both before u join any company. In ur case since u do not have an appointment letter so it would be difficult but if u have an offer letter u can approach labour lawyer and file a complaint.

Hi sir, company has given me Relieving letter, and they have mentioned on letter they have paid dec'21 month salary, but did not get in my account , after enquiry in HR department, they told me that your manager has not given approval that's why amount pending , when I asked manager he saying last work is done in dec'21 , we don't pay. Speak to your HR. Try to continue your job and serve the notice period successfully. If not then you may have to give notice pay recovery amount to your company and get the FNF done.
Fnf me company mujhse recovery amount maang rhi h it is correct or not mujhe pay karna padega ya nhi??

Sir,I have resigned a company and as per company policy i survived 3month notice period. After my resignation company send me a bond and in bond mentioned you have taken traning and you need to pay training charge to company. I have not signed any bond because of bond received 45day after my resignation.
After completing my notice period company send me F&F letter and deduct training charges without my signed and HR say that signed F&F letter.
Plz suggest what can I do ? Can I go to labour court or any other option?

Apna appointment later check karo. Appointment later mein FNF ke clause Sare acche se check karo. Fnf HR ko karna chahiye. Agar distributor se NOC Nahin Mili Hai to use case mein fnf karne ke dauran salary Mein deduction Kiya Ja sakta hai.

Try to talk to your immediate manager, if he allows then HR should not have any issue.
Agar maine company ki ID & Tab submit nhi ki because manager ne meri presenty approve nhi ki isliye maine ID & Tab submit nhi kiye fir meri Full & final muze milegi kya please reply
ID and tab are companies property, wo submit kr dena chahiye. Regarding your present issue you should speak to you're HR. Agar company property nahi submit karte ho to FNF possible nahi hoga.
Sir I have complte documents for bettle with Company and case is already in labour Court the full and final is month salary and I am harrased by the company more than five months so now question is that if my company paid me my full and final settlement what is my harrasment and suffered to going labour Court. Yes, labour court would understand ur pain and will provide you the desired compensation u deserve.
HR is not providing reliving letter, acceptance letter nothing. I have served notice period but they are not accepting my resignation and not issuing relieving letter. What to do ?

Company getting bankrupt is a companies problem. There is no fault of it's employees. Company is liable to pay every thing that it may have promised to it's employees. Whether it's FNF or Gratuity.

Kindly speak to ur manager keeping HR in loop and understand y ur relieving is stuck. Ask them to relieve u at the earliest.
@@apkahrconsultant sir nobody is in a condition to say anything as the final decision come from top chair, the reply from hr is they will settle soon, but no timeline even they are not ready to give a relieving email, since the relieving letter may take time, it has been 40 days to my resignations and 23 days the time they have relieved me on telephone, but not ready to give in writing

Hi Subhangi, U should try speaking to ur HR Director and explain the situation. U should have a clause in ur appointment or offer letter of paying the company and leaving. First thing u can do is show it to ur HR dept, pay them the remaining 2 month notice pay and leave and 2nd method is if u r working on any project, try completing it asap do the Knowledge transfer and then ask them to relieve u asap. Hope this helps.

Apne company me jaa kr jo waha HR hai unse baat karo ho sacta hi is HR ne job chod di ho. Agar milne pr bhi company FNF nahi deti aur hold krti hai tab labour court ko approach karo.

As per rules bond valid nahi hote hai aur aap ko koi jabardasti company me nahi rok sacta as per law. So agar wo apki 2 month ki salary rok rahe hai agar ap 24 mahine se pahele chodte hai tab is case me aap labour law lawyer ko approch kr scte hai.

I am sorry to hear that. My condolences to you and your family. As far as FNF is concerned, u can visit their office and meet the HR manager who will get u the FNF of ur father.

Sir company acceptance letter de di hai but releaving letter nhi de RHA h Mai Kya kru jiske Karan mujhe nyi company se v manga ja RHA h
Jaise hi apka notice period serve ho jata hai waise hi company ko relieving letter de dena chahiye.
I had work in previous company in mumbai I had given spot resign on 24th feb 2022 they said my one month salary will be on hold will credit with 45 days
And I got mail on 22 March to confirm fnf settlement letter I had confirmed and they said will come in 7 working days still its not come and from 3 days they r saying will credit u shortly its under process still they r not depositing my amount so what we can do for this ?
Go to office & meet your HR. Hope they would provide ur salary else approach labour court.

Delhi ki companies FNF nahi deti hai, meri company muje last 2 years se FNF nahi de rahi
FNF job chodne par diya jata hi. Agar apki company ne FNF nahi diya hai tab aap labour Court ko approch kre.
