I was in tcs with 8.5 lpa and extreme work pressure. I remember I used to work 24X7 still I used to get replies from my manager "shivam you need to work more". Didn't had time to prepare or apply so I just resigned.
Unfortunately just after being released from TCS I got critically ill.
One complete year I was so ill couldn't even properly walk for sometime.
Left TCS in jan 2023 joined new workplace in feb 2024. Life is uncertain be prepared.

@@seedhiBaatNoBakwas. Bhai seedhi baat h company needs you more than you need them. Skills thi hogya. I had many issues with many HRs but most of them were willing to hire just they had an excuse for not giving hike.
@@Success_mindfreak55 bro I would never suggest to do that because it was very uncertain for me. I rejected 3-4 offers because they were not giving hike. I was clear i needed at least 12 i rejected any offer below that. Luckily I was able to crack two companies one that were ready to give me good hike. I joined one of them. Got hike in multiples . But truth is at least 4 hr were not willing to giving hike even after cracking technical. 2 3 said 10% 20% is enough. Its just if you know you have right skills then some company will pay you right. Try for product base companies because those guys don't under pay usually.

In 2022, there was too much openings, I almost got 10 offers. In HR rounds, I was asking more than 200% on my current CTC (that time my current CTC was around 5lpa)

The same flat, where you are staying will cost you not less than 40K excluding maintainence. You are paying very decent, 25K for a 2bhk, which used to be the rent in Bangalore 4 to 5 years back. I am staying in Bangalore for last 7 years, and have seen the rent going high sifnificantly, at all parts of the city overall.

I had resigned cause I had their offer letter.
But they cancelled it.
I was jobless for 4 months.

I do agree with the person talking however I do not agree with the point regarding legacy tech.
As per my knowledge and understanding
If you are the best in the legacy tech then you have a better chance of negotiations with respect to salary with the new company

I am having difficult situation.
I resigned in my organization & it's accepted by my manager. I already received an offer from another company but they told me you have to join within 45 days. & my current company notice period is 90 days. My manager is ready to release me in 45 days but he is not getting find my replacement in internal WFM.
How I can deal with this situation ?? Because my next company is not allowing me to join after 45 days

Cons : once they join after 1 or 2 years if they will get lot of tasks will become life hell situation.
Increment less task high . You need to perform and take ownership.
Only thing IBM will not go beyond 30 lpa .
