I used fake experience of 2.10 years and joined a company, I have been working in current company since 2.5 years without any issue and with good performance. While switching next company will I face any problem If I remove fake experience and apply with real experience? My joining designation in current company is Sr Software engineer, will it create any issue?
Depend upon previous company's BGV if you mention bcz BGV again happen by new company. And yes, you can remove fake experience any point of time from your total IT experience.

They will verify only what you have shown as your experience, nothing else. If you provide experience then yes, it will verify from previous company else not.
Suppose If I have uan number pf account which is not active, will the new employer can find out my previous employment? please reply on this I am not getting any proper answer for this>

Unless you provide your UAN number and UAN history, new employer can't find your previous companies.
